SOLIVARET - Villa with private pool in FORNALUTX.

Welcome to this magnificent country villa in the emblematic mountain village of Fornalutx. It accommodates 6 people.
The exterior area is very nice, surrounded by nature, it featues a chlorine pool of 7 x 4 and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.7, an equipped terrace, a furnished porch and a barbecue.

The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed on the ground floor and two on the floor -1, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the floor -1.

The living room is very cozy, furnished in rustic style. It has two sofas, a TV-Sat, and a bookshelf. In the same space you can find a secondary lounge on a mezzanine. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs. The separate kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is a oil central heating throughout the whole house.

The house is located next to the mountain, where you can make great walks in the nature.
Fornalutx is a small and very charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has only 384 inhabitants, and retains the charm of authentic Mallorca. You can find there some local shops, banks, pharmacy, etc; but for large purchases we recommend you to drive to Soller. If you enjoy hiking and excursions, in the area there are several interesting routes.

If you are looking for tranquility and a paradisiacal place, feel free to visit this town and its surrounding. Soller is only 15 minutes by car. Take a trip with the famous train of Sóller, the oldest train of the island, which takes you from Port de Sóller to Palma, along the cost. During the travel, you can enjoy a magnificent landscape. The capital city, Palma, is just 35 minutes. There you will find a huge tourist offer.

Beautiful pool and views. The house is a bit tired and in need of renovation. The furniture is quite old and worn. The lounge is quite dark. Possible pleasant on hot summer days. The little road to the house is very narrow and steep. The heating is working well. The pool is not heated as described in the listening. Would recommend a house with a heated pool in autumn or spring.

Beautiful villa, lots of space inside and in the terraces, pool and garden.

Village of Fornalutx nearby is gorgeous with a decent amount of restaurants and tapas bars for its small size, fantastic bakery and a small shop that has all the essentials - including sobrassada! short drive to Soller but only thing to mention is the driveway to the villa from the road doesn't leave much (or any) room for error!

Lovely house in beautiful location

We loved our stay here and thought it was great value for money. It is really a beautiful, peaceful setting. Yes the road up is narrow but we knew this and got a fiat 500 so not an issue. We easily walked into Fornalutz with 2 young children. Several restaurants, bars and a great bakery in town. Perfect location to explore Port Sóller, Deia etc. Pool was lovely but we did think it had too much chlorine in as some of our swimwear turned green.

The villa is set in its own little Olive grove and is really lovely.

Just returned from a week at Cas Fusteret and we all had a wonderful time. The Villa was located just outside Fornalutx up a very steep road ( we called it Cardiac hill) The problem with this area all the roads are quite steep. We had a car but walked into the village a few time and managed it with no real problem. The villa is set in its own little Olive grove and is really lovely. We did feel quite isolated but there are a few villas surrounding. Overall we had an excellent holiday and would recommend to all. Just one point the time check in time is 4.00pm and the owner actually turned up at 4.45pm saying that the agent had just rang him to come and let us in. The agent said they couldn't contact him. The dialogue between the agent and the owner could be improved.

Tak for et dejligt ophold.

Et meget smukt sted. Dejligt hus, pæne, rene værelser. Godt køkken, dog vil vi ikke beskrive det som værende fuldt udrustet. De kreative middage blev det ikke til. Til gengæld rigtig, rigtig mange glas og en del tallerkener. Godt med en elektrisk citrus presser, da det var i appelsin sæsonen. Kunne godt have brugt en tepotte, da vi begge to kun drikker te. Vi kørte i en Jeep Renegrade, som må siges at have den max bredde, som er rar at køre med på den meget, meget smalle vej op til huset. Der er flere steder på vejen mere end 1 meter ned, og afskærmningen er nogen steder blot et par gamle træstubbe. Vi kan klart anbefale Cooperativa Agricola de Sóller, som ligger Ctra de Fornalutx, 8 07100 Sóller. En fantastisk gård butik med div. lokalt producerede varer. De har også deres egen hjemmeside. Vi behøvede ikke at købe ind andre steder. Anbefaler klart huset og beliggenheden, men man skal ikke lide af sarte nerver ifht. den meget smalle vej. Det afholder os ikke fra ønsket om et gensyn

traumhafte Lage im Olivenhain in der schönen Tramuntana. das Grundstück ist großzügig und hat tolle Außenanlagen! Pool und Liegebereich darum war super! Ausblick von den Räumen war wirklich super schön und ruhig! Ausstattung war traditionell und schön eingerichtet. der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und sympathisch. wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Wir hatten eine großartige Woche. Das Haus hatte für uns eine perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig und herrlich abgeschieden, aber dennoch sind Läden und Restaurants in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Haus gibts alles, was man braucht, der Pool hat natürlich besonders begeistert. Hervorragend war die Kommunikation. Schnell wurde auf Anfragen reagiert und wurden Probleme behoben. Zum Beispiel früh eine defekte Kaffeemaschine gemeldet, nachmittags stand eine neue vor der Tür. Wir kommen gern wieder

Schöner Ausblick auf Berge und Olivenbäume.

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders Draußen ist das Haus toll. Jedoch ist es Drinnen nicht so schön. Die Einrichtung passt größtenteils nicht zueinander. Alle möglichen Bilder überall an den Wänden. Auch seltsame Deko. Betten sehr weich und schmal. Anfahrt zum Haus eine Herausforderung: sehr eng und teilweise große Löcher im Fahrbahnbelag. Man sollte Drinnen mal renovieren.

Stedet er for jer, der ønsker fred, ro og smuk Mallorca-idyl i en olivenlund.

Værten/ejeren af huset var meget sød og hyggelig, han bor selv i nærheden af huset. Vi var stort set i huset hele ugen, hvor vi havde lejet det. Nød poolen, den skønne terrasse lige ved huset og den fantastisk bjergtagende udsigt til Tramuntana, den lille (stejle) gåtur til Fornaluxt omgivet af citron- og appelsintræer). Vi nåede også at besøge Port de Sóller et par gange. stedet er for jer, der ønsker fred, ro og smuk Mallorca-idyl i en olivenlund.

Idyllisch gelegene Finca mit traumhafter blühender Gartenanlage, Pool und wunderbarem Blick auf das Tramuntanagebirge und auf Soller. In Echt noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern. Großes Grundstück und abgeschieden gelegen, daher sehr privat und ruhig. 2 schöne Terassen mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill, großer Pool und ein wundervoller Olivenhain gehören zum Grundstück. Nach Fornalutx sind es zu Fuß 20 Minuten, erst bergab, dann bergauf. Dort gibt es zwei Bäckereien und einen kleinen, gut sortierten Supermarkt, außerdem einige Restaurants. Das Grundstück ist nur durch eine sehr kleine Hangstraße, einspurig, zu erreichen. Die Straße ist steil, etwas holprig und abschüssig. Daher ist Fahrkönnen und ein kleines Auto nötig. Man gewöhnt sich daran, ängstliche Fahrer haben aber sicher ihre Probleme mit der Anfahrt. Unser Aufenthalt dort war wundervoll entspannt und wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Einzig und allein die Betten im Untergeschoss könnten bequemer sein. Buchung sehr empfehlenswert!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit einem größeren Auto ist die Finca nicht zu erreichen und der nächstgelegene Parkplatz ist ca. 1.6 km von der Finca entfernt. Der Ort Fornalutx ist wunderschön und ca 1.3 km entfernt. Wir würden unbedingt zu einem kleinen Mietwagen raten um die Finca (auch mit Einkäufen) zu erreichen und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir können sowohl den Vermittler als auch die Finca sehr empfehlen.

What a beautiful traditional Villa with an amazing outside area. The perfect spot to spend a couple of weeks with friends and family to celebrate my 40th. The villa itself is clean and well resourced with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, glasses etc. A light warning for future guests would be to say that the private road up to the villa is pretty tight so I’d make sure you get the maximum insurance in case of any scratches. Without air con, the villa is extremely hot especially at night but I guess that should be expected in July in Mallorca! Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and would love to visit again.
