This magnificent villa, very great and with a wonderful panoramic view, is located in the Pesaro-Urbino province, in the northern part of the Marche region, only 10 minutes from the Adriatic Coast and from its beaches of very fine sand, such as Senigallia and Fano, with low depth perfect for children. It is immersed in a landscape rich in greenery, olive trees and vineyards of which the owners are passionate farmers.
In the vicinity there are many historic towns to visit, such as Mondavio, Corinaldo and Urbino and an area that especially in summer comes to life with cultural events and town festivals where you can enjoy typical handcrafted products and taste local food: tagliatelle with truffle, risotto with sea food, cured meats and cheeses.For children and not only, a few kilometers distant there are entertainment centers and water parks: Aquafan, Oltremare, Fiabilandia and Italia in Miniatura. For nature and sport lovers there are bicycles at disposal and many possible tours: toward north there is the Natural Park of Monte San Bartolo, in the inland there is the Furlo Gorge and the Frasassi Caves with its intriguing formations of stalactites and stalagmites.
You enter the villa through an automatic gate, cars can be parked in a covered area, in the shade of a pergola.All around the villa there is a broad green lawn, the pool, a gazebo for dining outdoors and a big barbeque for cooking.
The magnificent panorama and the privacy of this suggestive location allow you to spend a relaxing holiday idling by the poolside and going out in the evening looking for entertainment on the Adriatic Riviera, which comes to life with sounds and colors. The promenade of Fano and Senigallia is actually full of bars and restaurants. For nightlife lovers in Riccione, Cattolica and Rimini there are many bars famous throughout Italy.

The villa is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a wide living room-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a bathroom. On the ground floor there are also 3 bedrooms:
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower,
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled),
– and a bedroom with a French-size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms:
– two double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower,
– a bedroom with two single beds and a en-suite bathroom with shower,
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a loft with a double bed (please note the modest height of this area and the steepness of the connection staircase)
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a loft with a double bed and a room with two single beds.
All bedrooms have insect screens.
Next to the villa there is an outbuilding that houses washing machine and washtub.
Outside you can dine and relax yourself in the gazebo, located near the barbeque area, equipped with tables and chairs.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week); pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 300,00; heating € 6,00 per cu.m.; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00

Check-In: from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
