Private luxury villa with large garden and pool, enjoy with your family - WIFI

The house is surrounded by a garden of more than 1000 m2, with swimming pool, pergola, barbecue, and basketball basket. The apartment located on the ground floor has been recently renovated and furnished and consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two beds and a third with a trundle bed. There is another apartment on the top floor but it is not in use, you DO NOT share your stay with anyone. Large and bright living room with double sofa bed, flat screen HD 40 'with AndroidTV, WIFI and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and everything you need to cook. Washer and dryer. A full bathroom with shower. Furnished porch and pergola overlooking the garden.

There is the possibility of parking your vehicle in the front yard where there are two large Magnolios that give name to the property.

The 10x5 m pool with sun loungers is surrounded by grass and is located next to a covered pergola with a large sofa and a dining table.


Communications: The villa is strategically located a few meters from the access to the Alhambra and the ring road. There is a bus stop that covers the Centro-Alhambra route at the same door. If you wish, on foot, you can be in the city center taking a pleasant walk in just 20 minutes.

By car and through the tunnel of the Ronda Sur you can access Sierra Nevada, Motril and the Granada ring road.

Environment: From its fantastic location you can reach both the beach (Costa Tropical) and the ski resort in about 35 minutes. The Aquaola water park is about 3 kilometers away. 200 meters away is the municipal sports center Bola de Oro, with tennis courts, paddle tennis, soccer, basketball and indoor pool. In the same street, a few meters away you can find bars, restaurants, patisseries, supermarkets, hairdressers, pharmacies, banks, etc.

Granada: In Granada, a historic city, you can visit, among others, the Alhambra and the Generalife declared a World Heritage Site, the Cathedral with the Royal Chapel, the Alcaicería (former Jewish quarter) and the Albaicín. In the Albaicín, and its picturesque streets you can find many tapas bars and restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner contemplating the Alhambra. The tapas of Granada are famous for being free when ordering the drink, you can find tapas bars throughout the city, but the areas of Navas, Alhamar and Chana streets are known.

Stay in Granada

Nice house. Enough seats to socialize indoors and out. Easy to walk into town and easy to bus. Visited Alhambra, the Cathedral of Granada, and several tapas bars and getting to locations from the house was easy even with limited Spanish. Comfortable beds. Our group enjoyed our stay here a lot.

You can't beat having a pool

Good sized apartment. This was towards the end of our trip with the family, and the kids loved having a break for the pool. Easy drive to Alhambra, there are a couple good restaurants within short walk (try Asador Curro for tapas dinner). It is not in the old part of town near some of the sights, but for our purposes this was perfect.

Excellent Property

The whole experience was super from start to finish. Javier made everything so easy by sending videos of how to gain access etc. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside pool area was perfect for our needs. The pool was very clean and the covered seating area was large and allowed us to be outside and yet be out of the sun. The location was in a built up area but was far enough from the road so there was no traffic noise. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend the villa. Gracias Javier ☺️

Great stay

Really impressed by this villa and its location. Javier was exceptional in his communication, and any issues we had were dealt with promptly. The villa itself was immaculate and was very well equipped, and the garden well kept. Very close to the city centre, a nice 20 minute walk by the river takes you into town, or there’s a bus stop just outside the house. The bus service is very good, we used it a lot. (Buy a Credibus Card..journeys are so much cheaper with one.) The surrounding area has plenty of local bars/coffee shops/ restaurants…highly recommend Bar El Rio by the river. We stayed for 2 weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this villa.

Could be better

The property is located directly across from the bus stop which means it is great for getting about or its just a 30 min walk along the river if you wish to walk which is lovely and you can grab food or drink along the way. The host was very informative when we arrived providing us with lots of great information about the area, food, drink and places to go. The property itself needs a bit of love putting into it as its looking tiered and alot of the furniture is different to what the pictures show so first impressions were a little disappointing. The outdoor area needs attention the grass was dead, the pool was murky the whole time we were there and area itself needs a good pressure wash, again this could be beautiful like it was in the pictures. The gate, front door and back door all need some attention as none of them close easily. Overall we had a great stay but felt expensive for what it was.

Genuine oasis close to the city

The pics don’t do this justice! The garden is beautifully planted with shaded outdoor seating by the house and pool. A good size BBQ if you want to cook one night. You can hear the river at the back of the garden and birds when outside, it’s very peaceful. The sitting room is spacious with 3 and 2 seater sofas. The kitchen is well equipped and basics were provided on arrival which made life easier. Very comfortable for a family of five. Everything is well presented and clean. Games and pool floats were included for children. My basketball mad son was very pleased with the hoop. We ate out locally at Asador curro and Pedro pepperoni, both were excellent and walking distance. In town we were recommended Los Manueles and ate there many nights! Avoid the expensive underground parking in town and park in a side streets on the outskirts, a few cents until 9pm then free. You need to register online though. We enjoyed live music at the LemonRock bar if flamenco is not your thing. The Alhambra is very close and 30 mins to Monachil for walks in Sierra Nevada which we would definitely recommend. For supermarkets there is a mercadona and a Lidl nearby at Serallo plaza. Also a local one at the riverside less than 5 mins walk with most things. If you like to shop then Nevada shopping mall is only 10-15 minutes drive but remember where you park your car or you’ll never find it again, it’s vast! A great place in a great location, you couldn’t do better. Many thanks!

The house has a pleasant surprise, which is the garden. We didn´t anticipate an almost panoramic view on the hills around. The river across the fence is a lovely background noise. Inside it is very functional, for us, with 7 people it was quite tight but then you hardly spend any time inside anyway. Every room has A/C, which is fantastic so they can be cooled down for the night. Beds are totally fine. The kitchen is small but functional, as far as aplliances and tools it´s pretty basic, especially when you´re a large group. There is no oven and the crockery and cutlery, especially bigger bowls are pretty thin and not very high standard. It works though, especially if you don´t cook for large groups. The garden and especially the patio with grill are in medium shape cleanliness-wise and were pretty messy when we got there. The wind immediately blows dust and leaves all over the place so it´s not easy to keep it pretty. We had to wipe down the patio and furniture and especially the grill was in terrible shape, not sure if because of previous guests or neglect from the owners. Once we had it clean it´s a lovely, spacious place to hang out in. Perfect location to the bus stop right outside, very easy to move around. One major nuisance are the doors, almost all of them creak loudly and keep the house impossible to move around in quietly. Javi is a great contact, always helpful and available and the staff are super nice and friendly. We can recommend this place 100%

Les plus:Maison confortable . La climatisationn dans l'ensemble des pieces a vivre a ete un vrai plus. La piscine au top . Le jardin est immense. Petit plus presence d'un figuier dont on a pu profiter durant notre sejour. Hote toujours joignable et reactif. Localisation calme. Tres facile de se garer a l'extérieur avec moqqibilite de se garer dans la cours egalement. Les moins : Si je devais donner un aspect."negatif" ce serait qu'il faudrait prevoir des transat supplementaire. Il y en avait 4 et nous etions 5. Le barbecue n'était pas nettoyer et globalemenr L'espace exterieur n'était pas clean.

La casa es muy cómoda,tranquila y funcional, está muy bien equipada para pasar unos días con amigos y familia. La localización es muy buena también. El jardín es lo mejor de la casa, las fotos no muestran del todo lo espacioso y cómodo que es.

Apartment mit schöner Umgebung und guter Lage

Das Apartment hat einen schönen und großen Hintergarten mit ausreichenden Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten oder Sonne. Der Pool ist auch groß genug um kurze Bahnen zu schwimmen oder sich einfach nur abzukühlen. Ein Gasgrill ist auch vorhanden, sodass der Tag auch locker nur im Garten verbracht werden kann. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch nur in 7 - 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt von Granada ist 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. Allem in allem ein schönes Apartment was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Magnifique maison à Grenade, idéalement située à Grenade à deux pas de l'alhambra et de la sierra...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très bien située pour découvrir la région. L’extérieur de la maison est tout simplement fabuleux, avec une magnifique piscine et une vue sublime. Dans un quartier très calme et sans vis à vis ! Javier qui s'occupe de la maison, s'est montré très disponible lorsque nous avons eu un petit souci électrique. Veronica, la propriétaire, est une femme très généreuse, elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux et elle à réussie ! Merci et à bientôt ;-) Hasta la proxima :)

Agréable location

Bon séjour, Javier le manager de la maison a été très sympathique, nous a bien accueilli à notre arrivée, nous a donné les bonnes adresses de resto et sites à visiter. La maison reste éloignée du centre ville et nous a obligé à prendre notre voiture ou taxi pour se rendre en ville,trop loin à pieds. La propreté de la maison n'était pas forcément nickel, canapé taché et déchiré,hotte poussiéreuse,masque trouvé dans une lampe à l'intérieur,paquet de cigarettes vides papiers traînaient sur le canapé extérieur,plus de gaz pour le barbecue. Dommage car la maison est bien fonctionnelle,les chambres étaient joliment décorées,propres et confortables. Maison en ville mais au calme. N'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine,eau glacée. Cette location reste agréable et Javier très accueillant, merci à lui.

An oasis in the city

We enjoyed this stay so much, so rare to have a spacious house with a lovely pool that you can swim in that is within walking distance of the city centre and the Alhambra. The property was spotlessly clean and the bathroom has been updated to a lovely shower room. We enjoyed the local restaurants and the walk along the river into town each day. Can’t recommend this enough!

Belle villa avec piscine

Belle maison avec grande piscine et cuisine d'été. Dommage que le ménage n'ait pas été fait avt notre arrivée, frigo avec de la salade collée dans le fond sur de la glace,les terrasses étaient sales, le barbecue pas nettoyé.... Neanmoins, proposition de l'intendant sur place pour renvoyer la personne qui fait le ménage.

Nice stay for Granada visit

We stayed 3 nights for a short visit to Granada city. So we did not spent a lot of time at the appartement during the day. The house met the expectations. Nice check-in with Javier, he gave a lot of tips. The house is provided with basic needs for kitchen and bathroom (salt, pepper, olive oil, soap etc). We made use of the gas barbecue which was nice. Large garden. Due to weather conditioner we could not make use of the swimming pool. But the swimming pool also needed to be cleaner, the water was quite dirty. Busstop in front of the house for easy travelling to the city centre.

Casa grande confortable

La casa es amplia, dispone de toallas y sábanas en todas las habitaciones y camas, jabón de manos y gel de ducha y champú en el baño, así como secador de pelo. Ducha muy grande. La cocina completamente equipada con cafetera de cápsulas, microondas, vitrocerámica, y frigorífico grande. Habitaciones amplias y con armarios grandes salvo la que tiene litera que es más justita pero suficiente. Jardín inmenso y piscina con tumbonas y zona de barbacoa con mesa y sillones a modo chill out cubierto. Por ponerle alguna pega la puerta de una de las habitaciones y de la cocina no cerraban y uno de los sofás el que también era cama no era demasiado cómodo ya que se movían los cojines del asiento, pero todo lo demás perfecto. Dispone de bomba de calor/aire acondicionado y radiadores eléctricos en cada estancia. Ubicación buena, se llega al centro enseguida en coche y a la Alhambra también, y hay en frente una parada de autobús. Zona tranquila pero hay unos cuantos bares donde tapear rico.

Havre de paix au porte de Grenade

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Grenade. L Alhambra est un lieu magnifique. A ne pas manquer. Pour le centre ville il y a des bus directs qui vous y amènent rapidement. Le logement est très agréable et spacieux et l accueil chaleureux.
