Eleni's Cottage

After a bit of confusion locating the villa, we were met by our host with a very big welcome. We were shown around the villa and given contact details in case of any problems. Overall the villa met our expectations and we hada very nice and relaxing stay. Our host checked in regularly with us, and even made us some unexpected treats. I would recommend staying here if you don't mind a bit of noise from the airport, this was fine for us, as plane spotting was a big part of our trip, an updated on the directions to the villa would help future visitors. Thanks for a great stay.

Very Welcoming and Comfortable Home

We loved our stay and enjoyed spending time in the garden under the olive trees. Eleni was a delight. She welcomed us with a homemade delicious nut bread and surprised us one day with a yummy pasta dish that we all shared. Upon leaving, she made us an almond bread that we appreciated so much! We went to the local grocery and prepared many meals at the house and dined on the porch. It was always so nice to come home after a long day at the beach or just exploring Skiathos. We would definitely stay at this comfortable and welcoming property again.

Das Haus liegt nahe der Runway, aber das weiß man schon beim Buchen. Mich hat's nicht gestört, im Gegenteil. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da. Die Besitzerin Eleni ist ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert. Uns hat es sehr gefallen

Con tutti i confort

Siamo stati nella casa 10 giorni, 2 coppie e un bimbo di 4 anni, e ci siamo trovati bene nonostante qualche timore iniziale per via della vicinanza con la pista di atterraggio, ciò nonostante si riesce a riposare tranquillamente anche perchè il traffico aereo sull'isola è ridotto ed è consentito dalle 6 alle 22. La proprietaria risiede in una casa adiacente ed è molto gentile. Le pulizie vengono effettuate più spesso del previsto con cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola. Nel terrazzino esterno abbiamo fatto la colazione e l'aperitivo rinfrescati dal vento. C'è anche il posto auto interno.

Charming Cottage in Skiathos

What a charming home. We stayed in the Eleni's Cottage and that was an amazing experience for us as a couple. The scenic beauty of the olive trees, the spacious living room with home hearted kitchen made it home for us. Before we choose any house to our traveling collection we spend a great deal of time assessing it and talking to the Owners. Think Villa made our choise so smooth & we wish to thank them for that. Best description & guidance of the area ever. Think Villa has been invaluable and really help us to stay one step ahead of our expectations. So, thank you. The owner Eleni, has been there to welcome us with a basket of goodies & and an immaculate clean home. She gave us the keys and returned a couple of days later to clean up & change our linen. The house is fully equipped with all you may need. The bedroom comfort is also great. Skiathos is a magic island and has been long ago in our "backet list". Definitely wort visiting and exploring as many beaches as possible & do not forget to walk through the old town . We would highly recommend Eleni's cottage, either for couples or a small family. Has its own entrance, parking facilities & 2 x separate bathrooms. Coffee at the idilic terrace or a glass of wine before sundown has been a cherished memory for myself & my partner. We will definitely return this summer.
