Customers have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner outdoors because equipped with table and chairs and enjoy a charcoal barbecue. Fantastic location and magnific views:a paradise!

Wonderful, comfortable surroundings with beautiful views from all over this property, near many great beaches. A beautiful pool where we spent a lot of time, reading books, sunning or swimming in the very refreshing and clear water. Lovely hosts, who made our stay very memorable and outstanding! We adored every single minute!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich. Die Ausstattung ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand aber in Ordnung und auch die Küche ist mit vielen Utensilien gut ausgestattet. Die Fenster hatten alle sehr gute Fliegengitter. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

wunderschöne Location

perfekt, Pool und Aussicht sind der Wahnsinn. Einzige Nachteile: keine Klimaanlage und schlechte WLAN-Verbindung, was uns nicht weiter störte, aber für unseren Teenager natürlich sehr relevant war... Da Haustiere erlaubt sind, gibt es auch viele, was mich sehr freute, aber vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Va detto che la sig.ra Grazia, che ci ha seguito e accolto per la proprietà, è stata di una gentilezza unica, sempre collaborativa e disponibile. La casa è in una bella posizione, ha una bella piscina, ma ha bisogno di essere profondamente riammodernata per poter essere affittata a quel prezzo. Schöne große Ferienwohnung

Sehr gepflegte kleine ruhige Anlage, best pool ever, tolle Betreuung durch Gracia, schöne Aussicht aufs Meer, ideale Lage für Meer und Sightseeing, Essen gehen etc.p.p. Geräumige Wohnung, solide ausgestattet, man merkt allerdings, dass hier lange nichts mehr erneuert wurde. Für den gehobenen Preis dürften Küche und Bäder gerne renoviert werden. Ansonsten alles da, was man für eine Ferienwohnung braucht und was fehlt oder kaputt geht wird auf Nachfrage schnell ersetzt. Trotz einiger kleiner Mängel haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Nochmal dickes Dankeschön an Gracia, die immer erreichbar war und uns schöne Urlaubstipps gegeben hat.

Gracia ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin, es hat alles super geklappt. Die Aussicht war toll,!

Gerne wieder. Wenn man vor hat verschiedene Strände und Orte der Toskana mit dem Auto zu besichtigen (und nicht immer zum gleichen Strand möchte, sondern was unternehmen will), ist die Lage zirka 4 km bis zum Strand kein Problem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Die Wohnung war groß genug für uns vier, nur die Küche etwas klein. Der Pool ist super, die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Eben fantastisch und die Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt und das zu jeder Tageszeit.

Eine zweckmäßige, sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit gutem Pool und sehr schönen Ausblick. Dieb Einrichtung allerdings, ist nur mäßig geschmackvoll, So das wir, meine Kinder und ich, im inneren der Unterkunft kein Wohlfühlambiente vorfanden. Insgesamt also zweckmäßig mit bester Lage und fabelhaftem Ausblick.

The property was ideally located with stunning views. The pool was of good size in idyllic surroundings. The property was clean and well maintained. We would recommend to family/friends. The only thing to be aware of is the sleeping arrangements, two double beds and a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not comfortable. we had an enjoyable holiday and would return.

OK but a little noisy

We stayed for two weeks in the villa this summer. The place was OK but surprisingly noisy at night with the water pump next to our bedroom going on in the middle of the night and also people driving in the property late at night. We were also not allowed to use the pool in the afternoon with our kids as they were making too much noise for the owner. The view on the valley is amazing.

Traumhafte Lage (außerhalb, aber nah genug mit Fzg), wunderschöner Blick. Großzügiges Appartement mit riesiger Terrasse mit fantastischer Aussicht. Gute Ausstattung und extrem nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und vielleicht reisen wir selbst noch einmal dort hin.

Gepflegtes Anwesen in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf Castiglione della Pescaia und das Meer. Das gesamte Anwesen ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Bis zum Ortszentrum / Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten zu fahren (ca. 4-5 km). Der Pool misst 5 x 10 m und bietet damit ausreichend Platz. Er wird regelmäßig gereinigt und es sind ausreichend Liegen verfügbar. Häufig hat man den Pool ganz für sich alleine. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste bemüht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Ausstattung entspricht den Angaben. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. In der Wohnung stehen auch Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen zur Verfügung. Deutsches SAT-TV ist vorhanden. Wir haben hier in diesem Sommer mit 4 Personen einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Das Örtchen Castiglione della Pescaia ist gut überschaubar und obwohl hier in der Hauptsaison natürlich jede Menge los ist (zu gut 90% italienische Touristen, daneben noch einige Holländer und Deutsche, sowie einige wenige Engländer und Franzosen) hat es sich noch einiges von seiner Ursprünglichkeit und Authentizität bewahrt. Liegen und Sonnenschirm an den Stränden sind nicht billig: 2 Liegen und ein Schirm kosten pro Tag mind. 25 €, teilweise sind auch Halbtagesbuchungen (14 €) möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, u.a. ein gut sortierter Coop, sind vorhanden.

Wij verbleven in juli 2 weken in deze mooie vakantiewoning met 5 personen (gezin) De woning was schoon en is goed onderhouden voorzien van alle gemakken. De villa ligt heerlijk rustig op een heuvel met uitzicht op zee en stadje en natuurgebied Het zwembad hadden wij meestal voor ons alleen zowel de tuin als het zwembad worden zeer goed onderhouden. De eigenaar komt je bij aankomst ophalen in Castiglione della Pescaia hij is zeer vriendelijk en voorziet je van alle benodigde informatie. Castiglione della Pecaia ligt zeer centraal voor bezoeken aan zowel Pisa als Rome. Strand is iets moeilijker te bereiken in Castiglione della Pecaia met auto en zeer druk. wij hebben ons prima vermaakt

Fantastico

Abbiamo passato una bellssima settimana nella Sua casa con i nostri grandi figli. La casa e spaziosa, ben pulita en arredata. Una vera finestra sul … Paradiso

E' stata una splendida settimana vissuta con le nostre bambine in un luogo magnifico con la vista su uno dei golfi più belli d'Italia che va dall'Argentario a Castiglione della Pescaia. L'appartamento è ampio e accogliente, ma che dire del patio? Un luogo ideale dove unire il buon cibo ad una vista straordinaria sul mare. Una magnifica sorpresa! La piscina è un altro dei plus che questo luogo può garantire. La cortesia e la gentilezza di chi ci ha accolta hanno messo una ciliegina sulla torta di una settimana assolutamente da …. ripetere!
