The front garden of this luxuriously equipped cottage opens directly onto the coast path right next to the path down to the south facing beach. There is a secluded garden with a raised barbecue area with outstanding uninterrupted sea views. The garden is sheltered from the sea breeze and from passers by by a thick hedge.
The bars, restaurants and shops of Piriac-sur-mer are a 15 minute walk and can be reached via the coast path and beaches. In the other direction, away from Piriac-sur-mer, a number of other sandy beaches are in walking distance.
The cottage is fully equipped with luxurious bedlinen, toiletries, leather recliners with footstools, adjustable dining table extending up to 180cm, garden furniture, barbecue, loungers, wifi, kitchen equipment (including oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine) CD player with bluetooth enabled speaker and Smart TV including Netflix.
Accomodation
The cottage has four double bedrooms and extra sofa beds if needed in the lounge and TV rooms. There is a large, well equipped kitchen/ lounge which looks out onto the sea and has dining and seating areas for up to 8 people. There are 3 wcs and 3 modern shower rooms. There is also a small TV room. Outside there is parking for up to 3 cars

Outside there is a terrace overlooking the sea, with barbecue.

Activities
The cottage is in Piriac-sur-mer in southern Brittany. Piriac-sur-mer is officially listed as a 'Petite Cité de Caractère des Pays de La Loire', as well as being a 3* village fleurie . History, nature, adventure sports, chic fashion and charming coastal resorts all jostle for the visitors' attention, many in walking distance and all within a thirty minute drive.
Within walking distance are the many attractions of Piriac-sur-mer itself. The charming Breton town has a lovely harbour, and plenty of shops, restaurants, creperies and bars to explore. The town has a variety of beaches along the coastal path as well as being a centre for watersports including sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddleboarding, jetskiing and flyboarding. Further afield, but all within a 30 minute drive, are the ancient walled city of Guerande, the sophisticated beach resort of La Baule, the nature reserve of La Briere, the working salt marshes and the busy fishing port of La Turballe. From La Turballe you can catch a boat to the tiny islands of Houat and Hoedic or the tourist train to the amazing beaches of Pen Bron. Take a little ferry from Pen Bron to Le Croisic for lunch or take a cycle ride round the bay, through the salt marshes and back to La Turballe for a lovely day out.
