-Return 12 beach badges to beach tag box. (Replacement cost of missing badge is $30) -Return beach chairs to garage hooks
-Return bedding, kitchen items, and furniture to original locations -Wipe down deck table and garage bar top
-Ensure all windows are closed and locked -Lock front door by holding # key until it beeps -Close and lock all garage doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nicely sized, great location. Some minor upkeep inconveniences (dryer wouldn’t work properly and a doorknob on the first floor was very loose), and it definitely could have been cleaner when we arrived, but overall really nice.

Golf Weekend / College Friends

This location was perfect for our group of 16 for a college friends golf weekend. The Living areas were spacious for hanging out as a group, and there were plenty of rooms and beds. The house was clean and the check-in / check-out process was easy. Location was perfect for nightlife, local golf courses, and anything else you could need. We highly recommend this location to other groups or families.

Family vacation

We had a great time . There was plenty of space for all the adults that came . Lots room for family time but spacious bedrooms bathrooms for private time . 10 min walk to beach - lots restaurants walking distance . There was room for all of our cars -6 to park off street . Great vacation !

Spectacular Home!

This is a spectacular home 2 blocks from the beach with all the amenities you could ask for! It is beautifully furnished, spacious and so convenient. We like to cook when on vacation and the kitchen did not disappoint! The outdoor shower is a really nice extra! Parking easily handled our 5 cars including 2 large SUVs. A perfect vacation home!

Wonderful Property

We stayed at this wonderful property for a nice off-season get together. It was the perfect house with lot of room. The house was stocked full of amenities and very clean. We loved the Sea Isle photo-op sign in the garage. The house has plenty of parking as well as ample deck space for gatherings outside. Well worth the price!

Spacious Beach House Stay

This is our second time renting this process as a family. We love the property as it has everything you need. It’s well maintained and clean. There are plenty of rooms for a multi family experience. The location is close enough to walk to beach and downtown area. However far enough away that it’s very quiet in evenings. We will absolutely rent this property again!

AMAZING property!!

We enjoyed our stay in Sea Isle City for the wedding of our son. If you need a LARGE home to accommodate multiple couples or families, this place is for you. Very well equipped with everything you might need. We took our own towels and sheets to avoid rental costs. Owner is very kind and extremely responsive. Thank You!

Great House… Fantastic location!

Loved our time in Sea Isle! House was exactly as described and it was the perfect set up for our group. Everyone had there own private space and we all enjoyed the large kitchen, living area and decks together. Loved the location. and could walk everywhere. Highly recommend! Great Family & Friends Gathering

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this rental property, so much that everyone was asking when can we go back 😊. There was plenty of room for our gathering of 16 people. The owner Pell White was also great!! I definitely would recommend this property and we will definitely be back to stay again!!!!

Great house, great location, great communication

I stayed with my extended family over New Years Eve. The house is in a great location - walkable everywhere, and is also very well kept/clean. Six nice-sized bedrooms, including a bunk bed room that was perfect for seven cousins, and an extra room that can be converted from a movie-viewing room to an additional bedroom. There is plenty of space, with the living area on the top floor, open and well-appointed. We had a great time here in the context of all needing a change of scenery and some togetherness during the pandemic. Added benefit is that communication with the very responsive owner was smooth and effective.

Great House!

We had a great time at the house. Exactly as described and in a great location. Walk straight down to the beach and could walk to a bunch of restaurants, ice cream, and other treats. The kids loved the bunk bed room. They had the whole first floor to themselves and called the den their lounge. Would definitely rent again!

The house was large enough for our 5 families to have their own space and be together to hang out.

The house was decorated beautiful and had a great layout. The upstairs deck was a great place to relax, have fun, and watch the sun set. The open concept living area let people cook and still be part of the group. The only negatives would be that the beds for the most part were on the softer side and the distance from the beach. Other than that the house was incredible!!!

Great home, lots of space

Our family of 13 enjoyed this home for multiple reasons. The first being the layout and amble space. The top floor has a great open floor plan, kitchen is plenty big enough for storage and multiple people meal prepping at one time. The deck is perfect for eating and enjoy a cocktail. The 2nd floor has plenty of rooms that are clean, ample space, and comfortable beds. The first floor is like its own living quarters. There is a huge room with 3 sets of bunk beds, perfect for a group of kids or for us my husband and our 2 small children. There is a full bathroom on the first floor and a bonus room which was great for our small children and added another area for folks who wanted to watch a movie or play games. One of the best features of the house is the private, full fenced in, grass back yard. There is a small patio, chairs, and really cool lights strung from the trees. This added another area where folks could spread out and our kids could safely play. We felt that for a large group like ours with people of various ages, different interests, that there was plenty of space to spread out. However, the main living space is large enough that we all could spend time together as well. We loved the location which was close enough to the main street/promenade that we could walk/bike but far enough away that we never heard any noise at night. Would highly recommend and we hope to go back again.

47th Street is located in the heart of Sea Isle. We are in a beautiful, quiet, residential area but only a short walk to restaurants, night life, playground, library, shops, and more!
