This is a family-oriented home located on a quiet street. Under no circumstance do we rent to Prom groups, Senior week groups, or any other type of non-family group consisting of guests under age 25. This includes parents or adults renting on behalf of people under 25. If you are under age 25 and your family has asked you to reserve the home; DO NOT reserve this home. Please have a family member who is over the age of 25 make the reservation. Any reservation made by someone under age 25 will lose their deposit. No exceptions.

Our whole family gathering really enjoyed this great home! The house is very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect to walk to the beach or Sunset lake. The backyard had 2 nice picnic tables where we had several family dinners together. It was a practical and comfort home for our vacation!

Great Place

Loved the location of the property. Its within walking distance to the beach and if you're truly brave enough, walking distance to the board walk. Otherwise, the location is also down the street from the Jitney Shuttle that takes you to the board walk. Overall, the place was great and definitely would go again.

The house was well kept and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Wish they supplied linens and towels. Communications with owner were quick and easy. Would stay again in the future.

Beautiful Wildwood

Our family vacation had 18 adults and a 1 yr. old. “The Spacious Beach House” was very spacious and accommodated us comfortably. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the beach is beautiful and clean. The house is well supplied and the beds are comfortable. The backyard could use a little TLC, it is private and could be a great outdoor space. The area is safe and pretty and well located. Parking could be an issue, however; we had 8 vehicles and could all park on the street close to the house, with 1 vehicle in the driveway. It’s a great house and I would definitely stay there again.

Dirty

This place looks cute from the pictures, but when we got there, there was trash everywhere, it looked like someone was staying there. Urine in the toilet, doors did not open, trash everywhere out side, the outside furniture was dirty and old, and just not neat. There were rotten bananas, soda bottles, and a sheet outside also. I would not rent here again.

Great Stay!

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood filled with friendly people. A short 2.5 block walk to the beach, 2 block walk to a beautiful park and lake on the bay side, short drive to the boardwalk and other attractions. The house had plenty of space for our group of 12 with common areas to eat and hang out while offering private spaces for sleeping and getting away from the crowd when desired. There is a fenced in yard with a patio in the back that made for fun cookout and outdoor hang-out times in the evenings, and the front porch made for a very pleasant morning wake-up time with a nice cup of coffee to ease in to the day. The kitchen is well appointed, offering everything we needed to prepare our meals, and had two coffee makers to ensure everyone had quick access to their morning joe. The main unit bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled, and the living room / common area has a comfy sectional with room for everyone to sit and enjoy some TV time. Some of the outdoor furniture and spaces could use some TLC, and there are a few areas showing some wear and tear and signs of water damage, but none of that interfered with our enjoyment of the place. Really nice option for large groups that want to have a quiet, relaxing place to stay that's close to everything you want to enjoy at the beach.
