Apartment 20 meters from the beach. It has 1 bedroom with a 1.50 mx 2 m bed and an extra bed. Living room with work seats, has air conditioning, ceiling fan in the bedroom, radiators, stove, TV., Washing machine, microwave, kitchenware and all the necessary household linen.

The Apartment is totally thermally and acoustically insulated. It is completely renovated with a modern and modern design kitchen and bathroom, very functional.

La ubicación del apartamento excelente, tanto por la zona en la que está ubicado (Cabo de Gata), como la población (Aguamarga). El espacio es más que suficiente para una estancia cómoda de una pareja con hija menor. Perfectamente equipado con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y un ventilador de techo maravilloso en el dormitorio. El punto fuerte es la terraza con vistas al mar, mobiliario para pasar el rato y manguera para refrescar. La atención por parte de los propietarios fantástica. Decir que nos coincidió con fiestas en el pueblo y a pesar de las evidentes incomodidades que ello puede provocar, la estancia ha superado las expectativas. Sí que aconsejaría a los responsables del pueblo, que controlen las ocupaciones de las terrazas por parte de los establecimientos hoteleros, para que la zona no muera de éxito.

La comunicación con los propietarios fue fantástica. El apartamento está en una situación privilegiada, a dos pasos de la playa y en el centro del pueblo, cosa que a veces también juega en contra porque se escucha algo de ruido del exterior y vienen olores de los restaurantes de alrededor.

El apartamento está genial. Al lado de la playa, en pleno centro. Nos ha encantado Agua Amarga y sus alrededores. Hemos disfrutado de la magnífica terraza que tiene la casa todas las noches. Al apartamento no le falta detalle, todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Los dueños son encantadores muy atentos. Espero poder volver en otra ocasión.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni io e la mia famiglia, di passaggio da un tour della Spagna. L' appartamento pulito e posizione ottima . Terrazza meravigliosa sia per mangiare che per passare una piacevole serata. Completo di tutto ,wifi ok. I proprietari parlano anche italiano. Ottimo dialogo. Parcheggiare ad agosto in questa zona è impossibile, il proprietario mi ha proposto una soluzione, affittandomi un garage nei pressi dell abitazione.

Hemos pasado diez días en Aguamarga que han sido estupendos, la casa muy cómoda. Si hay que poner una pega es que no era cómodo quitarse la arena de la playa al llegar a la casa, el resto muy bien. Localización perfecta!
