Welcome to a unique 3 bedrooms corner villa, 2 with balconies offering sea views from all bedrooms. The perfect spot for your family and friends to relax and enjoy a stunning view of the Mediterranean sea.
This air-conditioned villa is equipped with a high standard of furniture. The spacious bedrooms all have floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and large mirrors and wall art. Master bedroom has an en suite, colour TV and a balcony furnished with a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean views. The second bedroom has a dressing table with a stool and offering a sea view from the window. The third bedroom has a balcony facing the pool and a garden area. The first floor has family bathroom with a toilet/basin facilities. The villa has a marble stair case. The ground floor offers a toilet/basin facilities and out side pool shower. Super relaxing home from home.

We stayed with our two adult children, the house is lovely and big enough to have our own space and plenty of outside areas. Great location to the Protaras promenade and the amazing restaurants (Nublia, couldn’t recommend that more, amazing food and service). Walking to the bottom of the road turn right and walk along the coastal path and you will find a neat little cove where the water is crystal and no stones to navigate getting into the water. Local agent was super responsive, immediately serviced two requests we had while there. Didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would really recommend.

Unbelievable Awesome Property

Everything was superb. Location, location, location. Less than two minute walk to the beach if you find the shortcut walkway underneath the beautiful flowers on the left hand side of the road. Katie also went above and beyond to Help us receive local TV for my mother-in-law who is from Cyprus. Top notch stay to celebrate 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary.

Nice villa in a quiet area

Nice villa for a family/quiet stay. The beach nearby is a bit rocky for the kids to get into the water, but there is nice sandy one a bit further. Anyways I would recommend hiring a car and exploring the area around. Not many restaurants in immediate vicinity, but "Poseidon" worked very well for us. The check-in/out was with a locked key, process was very smooth. Cleanliness is very nice. Wifi works well. One minor remark - knives are quite dull in the kitchen.

Pool house with great location

We stayed at the house during the October with our two kids aged 5 and 7. We could walk to the beach and we walked to the restaurants for lunch a few times. The location is really great. The kids loved the pool, which was really kids friendly. The house was nice, but especially the kitchen is a bit worn and compared to many other houses we stayed in the ambience here was a bit cold and the stickers from the agency on the windows did not help. Despite that we really enjoyed our stay at the house.

Highly recommended. We had a couple of glitches which the staff sorted out no problem and no questions asked. Villia was superb. Plenty in the fridge when we arrived as our flight was late. All the necessary food times, like bread, milk, water, ham, cheese and of course a bottle of wine ! Short walk into Protaras to lovely restaurants. Would definately go back

Lovely big villa - Great location

We had a great stay at this villa, it was very spacious for family of 5. Lovely little beaches just a walk away at the end of the road. Protaras strip and restaurants about 10 minute walk. We have stayed in Cyprus loads of times and this was the best location. We felt the kitchen needs an upgrade as it's rather dated, couldnt find bbq utensils so we bought some from The Metro supermarket and left them behind. The master bedroom bed was like something out of bedrock, it was so hard and with a very slippery waterproof sheet. The other bedroom my daughter had that overlooked the pool, was nice but the bed really squeaked. The pool seemed to go green very quick around the top edge of the pool, but the pool guy did come a few times each week. I know these are only minor things and it didn't ruin our holiday but thought I would mention them. I hope that this review helps as I would stay here again.

The perfect spot for a relaxing, peaceful, holiday snorkeling and enjoying beautiful sandy coves.

This villa was comfortable and spacious offering all we needed for a wonderful three generation holiday. On arrival we were met with a welcome pack of essential items cooling in the fridge and a bottle of wine which was all much appreciated! The cot, high chair and stair gate provided were great for our youngest. There was a good BBQ and range of BBQ equipment too which we put through its paces. The pool is a great size and is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowering shrubs which make it feel exotic and secluded. Around the villa there are three seating areas and plenty of loungers which means that whether you want sun or shade there is always somewhere to relax. The villa is in a quiet area, which suited us, but the lively restaurants of Protaras were a ten minute walk away along the seafront as well as the beautiful main Fig Tree Beach. What made this villa so perfect for us was its closeness to beautiful quiet sandy coves ideal for our little one, the scattering of lovely bars for refreshments overlooking the sea and the crystal clear waters which make snorkeling a joy! So everyone was happy and all so close we could pop back to the villa easily if we needed to. We felt very well supported by Katie so even when we locked our keys in the villa it was sorted quickly and in a friendly manner. We loved our stay at Aurora villa and hope to return next year.

Great location to beautiful beaches and peaceful

It's in a great location, very close to the sea; has good air conditioning and property is clean. Only thing that let's the property down is the kitchen is a little basic, eg. no oven gloves, no oven tray or bin. Could do with more lighting in the outside area.

Villa Aurora Protaras

Just arrived back from villa Aurora and had a brilliant time. The Villa is well maintained and is in a great location everything you would need for a great holiday is in the Villa and any problems that may arise are quickly solved by a short call to a lady from the management team called Kira who was in easy contact throughout our stay. The pool is a good size and plenty of space to relax with the added benefit of a stone built bbq to enjoy some outdoor dining. Protaras Strip is a 15 minute stroll with all the bars and restaurants and a stones through away is the sea at the bottom of the road for a nice evening stroll. Overall we would definitely recommend a stay in this villa and will definitely be returning. Jackson Family.

Beautiful Villa well maintained in a great location only 10 minute walk from the centre of Protaras. Would recommend to any group of friends or small family as it has all you need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of local bars and restaurants to choose from all really reasonably priced. Whilst there we had one minor issue that we reported to Viktoria and the team and they were on site to sort the problem within an hour and sorted it quickly. Excellent communication from them and they are all extremely friendly making the experience as nice as possible us during our stay. Thanks and we will book again.

situated in a perfect position. local shops 5 mins away. lidl about 5 mins in a car. peotaras strip 10 mins walk on a night. can get a bus to ayia napa frim protarars 2.5 euros. wild ight out there. great night out in protaras. lots of choice of reataurants and lively bars. villa is lovely. has full sky sports for the men.lol. it has eveeything and more to offer. there is a lovely little cove to swim in about 5 mins walk feim villa. beaufiful scenery. will be going back for sure

Fantastic villa-perfect location

Review This was our second year at villa Aurora and we thank you again for a wonderful holiday. We have three teenage boys I can recommend the villa for families with children of any age. The villa is situated on a quiet residential street and occupies the corner plot of a small cul de sac. The position of the villa provides maximum privacy. The villa was spotlessly clean with a full functioning kitchen, all the nic nacs and utensils you would expect to find in your own kitchen. The villa is managed in Cyprus by the property agents 'villas to let' the agent made contact with us shortly after arrival and made it clear if we had any queries they would do their best to help, which on departure day became very useful as we had a late flight.The agent made arrangements for us to use the facilities at the Coralli apartments a short distance from the villa. The villa is situated just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Protaras main strip, so there's no need for a car. we preferred to use the two small beaches situated approximately a five minute walk to the right of the villa from the camera shot taken depicting the sea taken from the villa as you look at it. Even at the end of July you could always find a sun bed. The sea is calm and beautifully clear, perfect for swimming. Fig tree beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk away running parallel to the main street in Protaras but much busier so depending on your own preference of beach. There are too many good restaurants and bars to mention so choice isn't a problem there is something for everybody and wallet to suit. We travelled into Ayia Napa by bus- a journey time of around 30 mins at a cost of only 1 euro 50- so travelling by public transport is really cheap anywhere in Cyprus. This is a beautifully presented villa with a lovely pool. Gary and Diane Clarke July 2014

Beautiful villa,excellent location

We stayed in this lovely villa for 2 weeks with our 3 teenage sons. The villa was exactly as described-very clean, spacious,modern and private. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.The corner location on a cul de sac was superb and very quiet. The air conditioning units were excellent as it ranged from 32-37oC daytime to 24oC at night. The pool was bigger than expected and lovely.It was a 10-15 minute walk to Fig Tree beach and the main street. However, we preferred the two small quieter sandy beaches a short walk along the coast-line at the bottom of the street- they still had watersport facilities. There were too many lovely restaurants and bars to mention-something for everyone! The villa had full cooking facilities with dishwasher.It was really useful to have a washing machine. Ayia Napa and the waterpark were easily accessible- just a 15 minute car drive away. We would recommend this villa to families/couples. Gary and Diane
