Beautiful Ibizan style house that invites you to relax, located in one of the best areas, near the most beautiful and cool beaches and coves of the island and in turn near Ibiza town, very close to the town of Sant Jordi where you can find: supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, gyms, police, banks, children's playroom, hairdresser etc.
The villa offers four comfortable double bedrooms, two of them with King size beds and two full bathrooms, also has a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, in addition the house has a large pool, with turquoise water from the beaches of the island; where you can enjoy its beautiful and idyllic chill-out area.
The entire property is fenced.

Fantastic place to stay in Ibiza - located away from city hustle but 10mins drive to centre, villa equipped with everything you need, superb pool and resting area with bbq. Host is very friendly, helpful and communicative. Everything was just perfect!

Great Villa

The Villa is lovely, lots of space, very nice sociable pool/outdoor dining areas. Great location, so easy to get around the island by taxi. The host was very helpful and responsive to any queries. Will book again!

Perfect villa

Great stay in this beautiful villa. A 10 minute drive from the beaches and Ibiza town. The pictures don’t do it’s size and style justice! Alberto was a great, responsive host. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Holiday

We were a group of 8 friends for the first time in Ibiza. There was more than enough space for all of us. The location of the house was close to Eivissa and the beaches. Alberto was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. We really recommend this house and will definitely return next time we visit the island.

We couldn’t fault this beautiful villa.

The pictures don’t do this beautiful villa justice. It’s spacious, clean and the beds are all very comfortable. The owner Alberto was really helpful and on hand to help with any problems we had. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful!

Stunning property in a quiet location, beautifully appointed, fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces. Alberto is a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and he is so warm and welcoming. Will for sure be returning, just wish we had hired a car (super reasonable) to explore more of the island. We will be back!

The villa was incredible, everything was perfect. I mean, it was everything like the pictures (maybe even better than we thought), all was perfectly clean. fabulous stay on a magical island

Dear Alberto, we did have a fantastic stay in your beautiful house. Nearby Eivissa en all the beautiful beaches. 4 large bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and a very nice and clean pool. You have helped very well with the best tips of the island and locations. You always gave quickly reply via the app. I certainly do recommend this villa for a family trip or a weekend with friends. Lovely spacious villa

Stayed here with 5 others for a long weekend. Couldn’t fault the villa. Loads of room, inside and out, and in a lovely private area. Alberto was very friendly and couldn’t of been more helpful. Only downside was the location. Although it was only a 10minute drive out, the taxis companies could never understand where the villa was which made it almost impossible to get taxis. Although Alberto helped out sometimes, other times we had to walk for ages until we found a taxis to hall down. Overall a lovely villa and lovely host and would recommend.

Tolles Haus mit guter Ausgangslage

Wir waren mit 7 Freunden zu Gast und sehr zufrieden! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände und viele bekannte Clubs sind sehr nah und einfach zu erreichen. Alberto war ein toller Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat! Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight des Hauses! Alles in allem eine sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in die wir gerne wieder kommen. Lediglich die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können.

Very nice Finca

Alberto was very nice, and helpful if we had questions. The Finca itself is really beautiful and makes staying there a pleasure. Everything was clean. The Area is quiet but still in reach to the airport Ibiza town and some really nice beaches. I’ll definitely come back.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Villa Ania. Alberto hat uns empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und wertvolle Tipps für die Insel gegeben. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig, man benötigt allerdings ein Auto, was natürlich kein Problem ist. Zum Hi Ibiza/Ushuaia/Strand/Flughafen sind es 10 Min mit dem Auto/Taxi (10€). Alles war sehr sauber. Große Zimmer, große Dachterrasse, schöner großer Pool... wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, Alberto.

Great location and layout of property.

Very nice modernized house with good sitting areas both inside and out. Nice bathrooms with plenty of counter space, good showers with hot water. The air conditioning worked well in the the main room and also in the master bedroom upstairs. Though there was not A/C in all of the bedrooms, there were plenty of good fans. Mark was a great host. He was accessible, attentive, and friendly.

Great Villa for families

Stayed in Villa Ania for 5 days in June 2019, the villa was clean and spacious and the pool area in particular was great for lounging around during the day. It's a very quiet area and only a 15 minute taxi ride to supermarkets. The only problem we had was that a lot of taxi drivers had difficulty finding the villa - some getting very angry/frustrated! And sometimes had to wait 30 minutes for a taxi.There is also air con in 1 bedroom so it does get quite hot at night in the other bedrooms. Thanks for a great stay Alberto!

Tolle Vila, super Lage und sehr sauber!

Wir waren vier Nächte in der Villa Ania und waren von Anfang an begeistert! Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage, nur bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sollte man mit dem Taxi oder Auto fahren. Der Vermieter Alberto ist total nett, hilsbereit und hat uns sogar zum Supermarkt am ersten Tag gefahren. Alberto wohnt mit seiner Familie ein Haus weiter und ist jederzeit erreichbar, falls man etwas benötigt. Die Villa ist super groß und sehr sauber! Uns hat es ingesamt klasse gefallen, wenn wir nach IBIZA zurückkommen, werden wir auf jeden fall wieder diese Villa mieten.
