Dreamy Artists' Villa

Since 2001 Platon Rivellis and his wife Nana have chosen Syros as their source of inspiration. The house on Syros was designed to meet the needs of comfortable island living as well as professional training and creative work.
The estate, of total area 6,200 sq. m., is surrounded by dry-stone walls and offers panoramic sea views towards the islands of Paros and Antiparos to the south and Tinos to the north.
Located at "Amarantos" on the east side of Syros, the house is a 5.4km drive away from the centre of Ermoupoli, the island’s capital.
The villa consists of the ground floor living area, the 1st floor with the master bedroom and the basement seminar/work area. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor a WC and a bathroom, a big dining room with fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace.
On the 1st floor there is the master bedroom with its own bathroom, a queen size bed and a large terrace
The basement (approximately 250 sq. m.) was purpose-built to accommodate seminars of up to 50 participants in a fully equipped projector room of 120 sq.m. , a ping pong table and about 8000 movie collection!
Also there are two bedrooms, two WC and a bathroom.
Access to the basement is from an independent entrance.

Outdoors the estate offers an idyllic Greek flora garden, a stone-built traditional oven and BBQ area, and of course a generous swimming pool beneath the large terrace.
The villa is ideal for couples on a romantic escape, families seeking comfort and leisure as well as creative/business groups looking for an inspiring co-working getaway.

Everything is available to our guests except a storage room at the basement.

There is a local lady available on a daily basis to offer cleaning and cooking/catering services if requested, as well as a technician available to provide support if needed.

Our stuff will be at the place for at least 3 hours per day. This is essential for taking care the house and also provide laundry services to our guests.
The laundry services also includes the use of the washing machine as it's located to an inaccessible room.
