The house is in a protected area where children can ride their bikes in complete safety to reach the indoor heated swimming pool with instructor and the tennis courts. The house is bright, easy to live in, sober decor,
Downstairs there is the living room with fireplace and dining table near the kitchen, fully equipped. There is a master bedroom with a bathroom, and separate wc.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,
In the garden are garden furniture for bikes and a ping pong table,
The village of Pont L'Eveque is a 5 min drive where you can find all the shops and restaurants, and Deauville and Honfleur with their beaches are 15 km away.
