The apartment served our needs beautifully. I was traveling with my best friend and my 14-year-old niece to explore the sights of London. The location was perfect for walking to Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and even the London Eye. Also, it is very close to the Tottenham Underground Station to get to other parts of London. The apartment was old, but clean and served its purpose. A nice living room area worked well for hanging out after a day of exploring.. It was kind of weird that there was no outlet in the bathroom, so hair drying needed to be done in the another room. Being in Soho Square was nice, with the grassy park directly in front of us.I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Airport pickup awesome option.

Wonderful location. The house was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have enough necessities for your renters. (2 rolls of TP for 5 people for 7 nights not enough). There is a market store close by to buy everything you need including coffee and kitchen condiments.

Great Location!

My family of five ( 3 adult children) had a wonderfulstay. The location is wonderful and the apartment was clean and had all we needed. The separate living room was a very nice bonus you don’t get at a hotel. Would recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Property is clean. Excellent location. Our bedrooms were in the back so it was quiet. Loved being on the square. Excellent location to key points of interest and tube.

Nice stay in a convenient location

Overall, the apartment is cozy, the location is great, and I would considering staying here again. With that said, a few pro (+), con (-), neutral (=) points: =: first impression. Apartment (#7) was a bit different than shown in the photos. (the kitchen layout, bedding, living room furnishings, etc. were different) and it was a bit dated in some areas =: we were told the taxi driver had our keys; however, we arrived and were greeted by someone at the building who seemed to have our keys. This was confusing. +: everyone was very friendly, accommodating and responsive +: the bed spaces and comfort. We enjoyed that everyone could have their own bed and slept well +: the kitchen was sufficiently stocked; however, the knives need sharpened - : homeless people loitering in the front entrance during an event in Soho Square. 2 blocked the building entrance Saturday night and another one was openly using an IV needle. None were confrontational or aggressive, but this caused some personal unease in case of unpredictable behavior and traveling with 2 youths +: the building is very secure and entry is limited, which offers some peace of mind considering the above. +: the location is very good! There are shops, food, and tube stations all nearby. Leicester Square is very close for walking to.

Amazing location

Great appartment for a family of 4 with old children. The walkability and commuting options were tremendus. We enjoyed our 2 weeks there. Great host.

Great location and management

We stayed here June 4-11 and really enjoyed the property. Harry arranged the taxi pickup at the airport, which went very smoothly. The building management met us upon arrival to give us the keys and show us the flat. They were very pleasant and quick to respond to our questions and requests as we unpacked and settled in. The bedrooms were comfortable and there is a generously-sized dining/living room. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had all the necessary basics. The flat is very close to the Tottenham Court tube station and a nice walk to the shopping on Oxford Street, Carnaby and Covent Garden. We felt safe in the neighborhood and in the flat as there is a locked entrance to the building. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and hope to do so in the near future!

Not perfect

As described, the unit is clean, spacious and has a great location. It is comfortably furnished, although the kitchen is minimally equipped. The lack of reliable Wi-Fi, however, was a fairly significant issue. It was essentially non-existent. The explanation I got from the property manager was it “is a central system and it all depends on how many people are using it within the building”. When traveling today, the ability to get online for maps, information, (maybe work?) is important. For international travelers, roaming on limited cell access it is absolutely vital for a successful trip. Not having individual Wi-fi in each unit is an unfortunate choice and as a result I would not recommend this unit for international travelers or anyone else for whom Wi-Fi is important.

Good Week in London Soho Square area

Great location! Loved easy walk/Uber access to most tourist locations. Great market and food options in area. A few items of feedback to make experience better for future guests: - Pre-arrival communications with host (especially Mark) were not great. Had to repeatedly ask for information that would be ignored or eventually responded to with excuses. Did not set a good expectation for what to expect - which was actually good. - Found the onsite team of two ladies to be excellent and helpful. - Hired taxi car from airport to transport our family to flat was excellent - although pricey. - Bathroom has a partial glass shield (less than half the full distance of the tub) that does not protect shower water from splashing out unto floor - dangerous/messy environment for walking in bathroom. - There is no lock on bathroom door to instill privacy between guests. Would be an easy fix. - Full "Rules" book waiting for guest upon arrival. Informational, stern but also helpful. The location, amenities and execution of this rental flat are sufficient to enjoy a good time in London, but perhaps could be one tier better for price offered. We would consider staying in this property again. perhaps not as a first choice.

A perfect week at Soho Square!

My mother and I flew from Los Angeles to visit my brother for his 50th birthday. From the moment we landed to the moment we arrived at this charming park side flat, the customer service was top notch! Inessa was a treat to work with and so accommodating and kind. Response to any of our rewrites was returned within the hour. The location of the flat was absolutely on point with walking to museauns, the theatre, restraints shopping and bars. It was truly fabulous. I will be recommending this to friends and family that visit this part of London!! Thank you for the perfect memory:)

Great apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Soho and found that this unit was a great fit for our group. The owner facilitated a pickup for us at the airport who met us as we exited customs. It helped tremendously in a VERY busy airport. Once we were situated in our apartment, we immediately realized what a great location it was. Tons of restaurants and walking distance to many popular sights in London. The beds were comfortable, the living room set up was very nice. Bathroom had nice shower/bath. The kitchen has all the basic appliances with a small fridge, microwave, oven/stove, toaster and French press coffee maker. Also dishwasher and washer/dryer set were in the kitchen, which were sufficient for our needs. We felt that the management provide prompt responses to our questions and appreciated their flexibility when our return flights were cancelled. We would definitely re-book this until if we find ourselves back in London.

Great location

Plenty of room for our family of 5. Location was ideal to walk to many different places and tube stops. Our only issue was that the internet connection was very poor.

Très bien

Great location in Soho

If you're looking for a great 2bd 1ba in Soho, this is it! It's in the heart of the action. There must be 75 bars/cafe's within a 1/2 mile radius. If you need quiet at 11pm to sleep, this is not the place for you. Place was clean, had all amenities needed. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place!
