It is also close to several public car parks, taxi and bus stops, although given its location it is not necessary any type of transport or own vehicle.
The house has a living room of more than 30 meters, three spacious rooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and gallery where to do laundry and clothes, in addition to all the necessary furniture and appliances such as, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc ...
The apartment has WIFI and air conditioning / heating.
As basic elements, the house has towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper, hot water, first aid kit, iron, hair dryer, television.
