Welcome to your home away from home! This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers an unforgettable experience right on the shores of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor seas. Ideal for families or groups of friends, here you'll find the perfect refuge to enjoy your holidays.



A small notice: A new building is currently under construction in the area, which may generate some noise during working hours. But don't worry, the beauty of the place remains intact!



The spacious and bright living room is the heart of the apartment, where you can relax while enjoying stunning views of the Mar Menor. With a Smart TV and a dining table for six, it's the perfect place to share memorable moments. You'll also have access to a large terrace, perfect for admiring dreamlike sunsets, equipped with awnings so you can enjoy it throughout the day.



The bedrooms are cosy and bright. Two have double beds and the third has two single beds, all with exterior views and built-in wardrobes to store everything you need. The hallway bathroom has a bathtub, while the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower.



The modern, recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped so you can feel at home. With a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and oven, cooking here will be a pleasure! There's also a laundry room with a washing machine for added convenience.



Every corner of the apartment is air-conditioned with hot/cold air conditioning and has high-speed internet so you're always connected.



Located in Playa Príncipe, one of the most valued residential areas of La Manga, you'll enjoy a spectacular pool facing the Mediterranean, open from May to October. Just a step away from the Tomás Maestre Port, you'll have a variety of restaurants, bars and shops at your disposal, as well as a large supermarket (Supercor) where you can visit a charming local market on Saturday mornings.



If you enjoy sports, less than a 5-minute walk away you'll find a sports centre with tennis, padel and football courts, as well as a gym with sea views. Perfect for staying active during your holidays!



And if you love tranquility, the white sandy beach right in front of the building is your ideal place to disconnect and enjoy without crowds.



We offer a flexible rate option: for an additional 10%, you can cancel up to 5 days before your arrival (available from September to June). If you'd like to opt for this rate, just let us know when making the reservation.



Ah! And if you're travelling with your furry friend, we welcome them with a small supplement. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and arrivals between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. require prior confirmation and have an additional charge.



We have professional cleaning before and after your stay so you only have to worry about enjoying.
