Situated less than 10 km from Torrevieja's old town and 4 km from all the golf courses, the villas location is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break (caters max. 8 people and potentially a baby). With breathtaking views of the sea and local nature, the detached villa offers peace and tranquility for those looking for a long earned restful holiday, but is close enough to everything you are looking for in your holiday. Due to its very special microclimate, the winter months are very mild & the summers are warm and dry and are just made for those looking for an activity or relaxing holiday.

Accommodation and facilities
Set in a tranquil location on a 1,000 m² site in the bay of the residential Playa Flamenca - with 4 bedrooms, 3 new and clean bathrooms and an attached tower room, a private garden and pool - this authentic villa is a superb setting for your ' get away from it all 'holiday. There is an extra showering area in the garage, which is super convenient in the summer.
You will find that the Villa is fully equipped to guarantee you your best holiday ever. Central heating and solar panels keep the villa cozy should the night time temperatures drop too low in winter - A / C in most of the bedrooms will cool down hot summer nights. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Start the day with a great cup of coffee and a terrific sea view and finish with a bottle of fine wine on the terrace at the back of the house in the peaceful surroundings of the cacti garden.

The beach is within walking distance (100 meters) and there is also a supermarket, bus stop, bakery and large shopping complex less than 5 km away from the villa.

I'll start with a couple of slight disappointments; sea view, bit of a stretch, down the end of the road if the trees blow out of the way; i didn't realise the property was as old as it is - a lot has been modernised but there are a few rough edges - the good news is, everything worked; we were disappointed with the beds and bedding - cheap beds and mattresses and bedding was minimal, although most of us slept reasonably well.Lovely villa, 3 mins walk from the sea, beautiful grounds, pool and terrace. Great location within easy reach of the beach and shops, there are 2 cafes either end of the road, 50 mins drive from Alicante airport. The property was spacious and well appointed. Hope you like parrots, there was a daily cacophony of screeching during the day.

Excellent Family Villa with Fantastic Outdoor SpaceWe spent a wonderful 10 days at this traditional Spanish villa as a multi-generational family. It truly catered to everyone, including a 9-month-old baby & 3-year-old toddler. Interior & Kitchen - inside of the villa is traditional, feels a bit tired/dated, but it was clean. Bedding & towels were fresh & smelt clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance & dish you could need. Dishwasher was great for a big family. The oven did need a quick clean before we could use it, but everything else was spotless. BBQ We took full advantage for a great outdoor meal. Fresh produce from the supermarket within easy walking distance. The outdoor space is the absolute highlight of this property. The gardens are beautifully maintained & the pool was pristine, amazing to swim in.We stayed for 10 days, & happily helped water the potted plants using the hoses. Great Location only a 2-minute walk to the nearest beach & restaurants. Excellent Host On our second day, we had a minor incident when the poolside dolphin statue collapsed. We reported it immediately & took full responsibility. While we suspect it may have been slightly faulty or loose before our arrival, the owner was incredibly understanding & reasonable. They sourced two new matching dolphins to keep the look & only charged us the exact cost with no hidden penalties.We highly recommend this villa for any large family looking for a well-equipped, safe, and beautiful retreat.

Excellent Spanish style villa

We are a family of 8 and the villa accommodated all our needs, it was like home from home but with an excellent location. The owner was extremely helpful and the managers were so easy to contact and answered any of our questions. Such a brilliant villa which we highly recommend and we will be back.

Our favourite Villa!

We have just returned from 8 days at Tanja’s Villa, everything from start to finish was excellent. The location is perfect, extremely close to the beach and the supermarket, walking distance to all of our favourite bars and restaurants. Definitely our favourite place to stay when we visit the area. Also a shout out to Michael from the management company, super easy communication and really attentive. 5 stars from us and we will be rebooking for next year!

Villa is in a great location for the beach.Pool was excellent. 4th bedroom in the tower meant a trip outside in the dark and steep stone steps to access. Shower for the tower bedroom was in the garage. The rest of villa is a bit tired and could do with refurb.

La casa estaba muy bien. La piscina y exterior muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado. Tienen lavadora, y lavavajillas. Lo único. Lo que mejoraría es la forma de pago de la fianza que fue en metálico, sin ningún tipo de comprobante, y nos dijeron que en 15 días aproximadamente se realizará el pago en la tarjeta, creo q una vez devuelta las lleves debería darse. Pero por todo lo demás muy bien.

Hemos pasado una semana en la casa. la situación es excelente, a parte exterior de la casa también fantástica. Por indicar algo para mejorar, hemos echado en falta aire acondicionado en zonas comunes de salón y comedor. Tuvimos dos días de ola de calor extrema, que era imposible tanto estar fuera como en las zonas comunes. No entendemos que la climatización de las habitaciones este tan bien resuelta y en zonas comunes no. Los dos días de calor extremo era un infierno estar en la zona de salón y comedor de la casa.

The villa is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and restaurants, but also very quiet when we were there, which was perfect for us. The villa itself was lovely, large and had everything we needed as a base for our holiday, would definitely recommend.

Wat een geweldige ligging! Zeer net en smaakvol ingericht pand. Voldoende ruim, verschillende terrassen en een fantastisch zwembad. Kortom - wij komen zeker terug!

Perfect Beachside location

We had a fantastic holiday in Tanyas villa which is located less than 100m from Playa Flamenca beach and close to several other beaches as well as a number of restaurants and a large supermarket The house is spacious and well equipped , bikes being an added bonus . Spotlessly clean with a large garden and pool it really ticks all the boxes for a relaxing family holiday by the sea . We hope to return soon

Villa Violetas

Nice villa in a beautiful location. If I had any comment it would be that new bedding and towels as the current ones although clean are a bit tired and ready for renewal. The cups also need replacing as they have been well used. These issues didn’t detract from the villa giving us a great holiday and would stay there again.

Peace and quiet and a lot of privavy and yet perfectly licated and close to beach and shops

We had a great stay in Casa Violetas. The house was very clean and perfectly maintained and had all the comfort and accomodation we could ask for. The pool in the garden was a great advantage since it got rather warm in the afternoon. But being so close to the sea we enjoyed the sea breeze. We received information about the area and good restaurants and bars and the host was very helpfull and quick in her communication. We felt very welcome and at home.
