Apartamento con magníficas vistas

El apartamento está situado en un lugar privilegiado y muy tranquilo. Espacioso y limpio. En la piscina hemos echado de menos, algo de sombra y en el suelo vendría bien algo para que no se quemaran los pues al salir del agua.

Buenos días Josefa, gracias por su valoración. Cierto que el apartamento está muy bien, ya que se ha ido renovando, además está en primera línea del Mediterráneo y tiene ventilación cruzada al tener ventanas en 3 de los 4 lados que tiene el piso. Cierto que no tiene aire acondicionado, cómo se puede ver en el anuncio. La distancia a la playa, orientación (norte), equipamiento, la urbanización (2 piscinas), la zona y amplitud lo hacen ideal. Todo está reflejado en el anuncio. Un saludo Spanish Connection
