Frontal sea view and sun terrace. Modern 2 bedroom apartment completely new furnished, with lots of light on 1st floor of 3 located in a small closed residence. The apartment is located in a super beautiful bay, by the sea, for a beautiful promenade and a nature reserve surrounded by beautiful beaches. The app. consists of an entrance hall, living room, 1 room with double bed, 1 room with 2 beds ,integrated fitted kitchen in the living room. 1 bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet and sink, bathroom 2 with shower, sink and toilet. Closed laundry room. Terrace of 10 m2 that can be used entirely as a living space. For the winter glass veranda completely openable. From the terrace you have a beautiful view to the sea and garden.
Completely newly furnished, TV, Wifi and all international channels.
Iron and ironing board are also provided.
There is air conditioning and heating in all places.
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi with sea view.
A lifeguard is supervised in July-August.
Garage under the building .The app. Is accessible for the disabled and has a lift.
Upon arrival you will be received by the caretaker, a phone call is sufficient on arrival at the apartment, this gives a tour and explains the keys, the operation of air conditioning, TV, wifi and garage space. The cleaning € 130, always to be paid. We do not accept do it yourself.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen free to use.
NB max. 2 machines dirty laundry is included in the cleaning price, additional price per machine is € 10.
4 comfortable sun loungers for at the swimming pool are on site.
