Objekt war gut. Preis-Leistubgsverhältnis ebenso

Es ist im Wesentlichen ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut. Der Balkon für 3 Personen zu klein. Deutsches TV Programm wäre gut. Die Fluwgengitter müssen erneuert werden. Ritze im Mauerwerk Küchenfenster müsste zugespachtelt werden, da dort Ameisen reinkommen. Sonst war aber alles super und der Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Very nice villa in a lovely location

The villa is in good condition and decorated nicely in a traditional style. Everything as described, no problems. We were met at the villa and handed the keys. Coveta Fuma is a nice location, about 30 minutes' drive from Alicante airport and a similar time to Benidorm with its many attractions. Very close to El Campello, which is the nearest town offering many bars / restaurants and a nice sandy beach. There are 2 beaches within easy reach of the villa (about 10 minutes walk), both sandy. The further beach (which is also a small port) has a lifeguard and good snorkelling. The pool is lovely, there is a very good bar close to the pool which does excellent mojitos and does food. The villa has been updated since some of the photos, there is an excellent bi-folding door to the balcony which gives a nice view - Campello can be seen over the bay in the distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms in addition to a dining area and living room. Upstairs there is a third bedroom and bathroom - this room also houses the washing machine. Note that this third room is reached from the outside so may not be suitable for very young children as the villa must be locked at night. There is an alarm system, internet connection was very good, and there was an android box which kept the kids amused for hours during siesta time! Overall I was very happy with our stay in this villa, and would certainly stay again if we return the area.

Hidden Jewel That is Coveta Fuma

We have just enjoyed a lovely week in the cloudless skies of the Alicante area in a little known village called Coveta Fuma. We stayed at Casa Jamie 1 on the Neptuno Complex which was lovely and still had the old charm of original Spanish doors etc. The villa does show signs of some wear-and-tear but being fully booked will make TLC exercises almost impossible. Would certainly buy it if it ever came on the market. Thanks Paul-We enjoyed our house. P.S .Only downside to the holiday-Ryanair decided to cancel our flight home making us leave early by one day and come home with Jet2-Lesson to be learned here!
