Hermoso condominio Attitash Mountain Village, cuidado meticulosamente por el propietario. Está recientemente renovado, limpio y familiar. 2 dormitorios completos más loft de 3er dormitorio. Duerme 8 en 2 camas queen, 2 juegos de literas. Hay una cocina completa y 2 baños. La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá de cuero, sillón doble, sillón reclinable, TV de pantalla plana / DVD con cable y wifi y un patio al aire libre. La unidad está en una excelente ubicación, justo al otro lado de la calle de Attitash Mountain Resort (a pasos de Matty B's, piscina, jacuzzi y sala de juegos), y a poca distancia en coche de Storyland y North Conway. ¡Un viaje de 20 o 30 minutos lo llevará a Breton Woods, Wildcat Mountain y Mount Washington Auto Road!

Las comodidades incluyen: piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, jacuzzis interiores y exteriores, sala de juegos, área de parrillas al aire libre, sala de ejercicios y una red completa de senderos hacia el río Saco. Wifi, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas!

This was a great location to stay for our family of six! We loved how close it was to our destination (Story Land), a delicious restaurant (Matty B's) and the amenities.

Great stay for Stiryland!

Great Stay

Perfect rental for a family (5 of us) or family +. Unit was exactly as described and the location was ideal. Short walk to slopes and easy walk back for lunch and at end of day. Parking was directly in front of the unit and the pool and restaurant are roughly a 1 minute walk. Even better communication with owners. Prompt responses and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. Will rent here again!

Another wonderful stay

For over 10 years families from our neighborhood have gone over to Bartlett to stay, tube down the Saco and spend some really great downtime w one another. The babies are 16 now, but all (even the 21 year olds) still expect Attitash to happen! Thank you for another wonderful year!

100% Consistent each year

Becca and Paul have again given us a wonderful few days to gather with our neighbors, children and friends in Bartlett. The accommodations were updated this year (a lovely surprise), and the kitchen had everything that I could've asked for...I wish that I hadn't lugged as much up as I did! Thank you again to you both!

One week stay

Eight of us stayed on this unit designed to accommodate 8. While we could technically fit 8 people to sleep there, the unit did not really accommodate 8. We ran out of toilet paper and given that there were only 9 plates, many of which were cracked and chipped we couldn't successfully eat 3 neals per day as a gamilt. The showerhead was broken which also made accomodations difficult

Beautiful Resort and Surrounding Area!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! Our two kids enjoyed the playground and pool, as well as the wealth of outdoor activities to do in the area. The check-in process was very smooth, and the hosts were excellent communicators, sending detailed information before our trip and offering their personal cell phone number in case of any emergent needs (we didn't need to take them up on that offer but appreciate their availability nonetheless!)The unit itself was generally clean and comfortable, and it is well-stocked with cups, plates, and cookware. The AC systems work well at keeping the main floor cool and the second floor bedrooms cool as well. The third floor bunk beds do tend to get hot (we visited in June when the temperatures where in the mid to high 80s during the day), and there's a fan up there to help with cooling that area. But if you're someone who runs hot and you have 6 or fewer people to sleep, you might want to avoid those bedrooms in the warmer months.The one thing that I wish had been disclosed about the unit was that it has skylights in both bedrooms that do NOT have shades to block out sunlight. So when the sun rose circa 5AM in the summertime, so did my children. If you or any of your party need a dark place to sleep, I'd strongly recommend bringing a sleep mask.

Good location, kind owners

We have rented other units at Attitash Mtn Village before, and continue to come back given the awesome location and convenience. While we don’t ski, I’m sure winter renters would love it - you can see the walking tunnel from the sliding glass doors! The owner was very helpful and responsive. We did have an issue with the quality of the cleanliness of the unit, but this was more related to the cleaning staff on site and the owner was very apologetic. Overall our stay was fine - but we all agreed if we’d stayed longer than 2 nights the mattresses on the bed really weren’t very comfortable! Could feel every spring...

Great location!

This place was the perfect location for a visit to Storyland and even downtown North Conway (about 10 mins away)! Rebecca was very accommodating and responsive and the place was perfect! Definitely will be returning!

Lots of amenities. Problem with gas stove. Last day interrupted by plumber, but hosts were amazing about it and did good to make things right.

Great Location

Perfect location! Right across from the mountain, quick walk to Matty B’s, pool, game room etc. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need and unit was very clean. Loved the gas fireplace. We almost brought friends for our kids and my only comment would be the 3rd “room” with the set of bunk beds would not be appropriate for little kids. But it was perfect for our family of 4. Owners were proactive and fast in all communications. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything you could need

This well equipped unit is located near the indoor pool and restaurant. It is clean, well laid out, and the property grounds are beautiful. We got takeout from the restaurant and the unit's kitchen is also equipped well for making a meal.

No Handrail in Stairway to Second Floor Bedrooms

I could not access the stairs to the second floor bedrooms. No handrail in staircase. I slept on an uncomfortable cold/hot leather couch on first floor. I never saw the second floor. First floor had a bathroom/tub/inadequate shower. Is it not a safety violation to NOT have a handrail in staircase? I have photos of the staircase.
