We had another great stay at the bungalow. The weather was not kind to us, but we were very comfy in the well fitted out bungalow. Very conveniently located to downtown, so we were able to walk to the restaurants when there was a break in the rain.

We loved this property! The location was perfect as we were visiting family who lived very close to this property. The house was perfect for 2 people. There was a ton of storage, which was very unusual for a smaller property. The kitchen was very well stocked with just about any tool you could want. I loved the way things were stored on the wall in the kitchen - very creative for a small spot and made it very handy to get items there. The fact that there was a washer and dryer on property was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we need a place in Prescott for 2 of us!

The property was beautiful. We have never stayed where the facility was so well equipped. Communication with owners was excellent.BUGS was the problem. They attacked my wife repeatedly. She was so uncomfortableall the time that we left after two days. We were greatly upset that our long prepared plans ended before they got started with our best friends

Great location and the garage was a plus. Easy walking to downtown and plenty of restaurants to try. The patio was a comfortable place to relax. The bungalow was fully equipped for cooking if you choose and although we didn’t use it, a grill was available. There was plenty of privacy and a quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay with these hosts, but in their larger place next door which is also great. Highly recommend for 2 people.
