Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. The home lacked basic supplies such as drinking water and laundry soap. So guests should be prepared to bring everything.My blind sister was traveling with her trained seeing eye dog and we felt the hosts were uncomfortable with this from the beginning as attempts to made to refund us.There were hostile interactions including being blamed for damage we do not believe occured. This was not a welcoming experience and unfortunately I cannot recommend this property. My sister travels quite often for appearances and telivision shows with her dog without any issues. I regret she just did not feel welcome here.

Place suited my needs perfectly. Came for a race that started in Downtown. Super easy quickwalk to the downtown and grocery store. Super clean place that was easy to relax and get a goodnight sleep. Would happily recommend or stay again if visiting downtown. Place was full of nice thoughtful gestures. No issues whatsoever and fast reply from host.

A geart quite place. Breakfast restaurant across the street. Frosted cinnamon rolls in fridge for us. Great price. Everything was very clean. Provided dish washer soap. Coffe for us. Bottled water provided for the coffee maker. Enjoyed our stay, alot beter and cheaper than a hotel

What a great property

Such a great location in relation to downtown!Property was stellar with the owner willing to accommodate all questions with proper answers/solutions.If sitting outside, the traffic on the main road can be a little noisy. Not an owner problem though.Definitely would consider staying there again.

Awesome space, gracious hosts

The space was perfect for three in our family to visit Prescott for the Whiskey 50. The location was a few blocks from Whiskey Row! And our hosts, Kelly and Mike were super hospitable and gracious. Thank you!

Great option in Prescott

Home was immaculate, bedding is comfortable. Location is close enough to town to walk anywhere downtown, yet easy access to major streets. Easy to get anywhere, and easy to access parking. Excellent communication! We’d happily stay here again!

Can't beat the location

My sister and I stayed a few nights and really enjoyed ourselves. So close to everything we like to do! Beds are very comfy. As we are in our 70s, appreciated the comfort height toilets and the step free entrance. Parking off street. Will return in future.

We had to leave shortly after arriving.

Spent 20 minutes there instead of 3 days and had to leave.The Glade plug in toxic chemical laden smell was nasty, overpowering and gave me asthma. No refund and a self righteous owner disputing there was no smell.

Walkable to whiskey row

Close to Whiskey Row and many restaurants. Nice area of town. Friendly owners on site. This cottage rental is behind their house. Much better than staying in hotel, very relaxing.

Beyond 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a clean, quiet, comfy, well-appointed place to stay in Prescott, look no further! From start to finish, this was one of the easiest transactions I've experienced on VRBO. This property was a perfect 2bd/2ba for my trip with a friend. Each room offers it's own creature comforts and the spacious bathrooms were a nice change. The decor is adorable. The attention to detail really makes you feel special. It didn't seem like it was thrown together between renters like some places I've been. They even left fresh danish! The owners of this property definitely take pride in renting a home away from home for their clients. I truly enjoyed my stay in this home. You will too.

Great location

Location was great as it was an easy walk to all Prescott has to offer. The unit was clean, quiet and roomy. We would stay here again if our travels bring us this way.

Great Location

This cottage was perfectly located for the event we were attending in downtown Prescott. It had all the amenities we could ask for. Definitely helped make it a great weekend.

So Glad We Picked This One!

This was our first trip to Prescott and we so enjoyed our week long visit. The cottage was certainly an element that contributed to this. It is conveniently accessible to Whiskey Row by either foot or car and totally adorable with its western art and decor. The beds were very comfortable, appliances worked well and our host, Kelly, was consistently responsive in her communications with us regarding a couple of small issues. So, as with many others, I give it a five out of five and hope to return!

A great cottage!

This property is very clean, comfortable and highly recommended! We stayed there for 3 weeks in February, 2024. It is located close to Whiskey Row which was a bonus! Kelly and Mike are the best of hosts ever! If you need anything they are right there to help❤️

Great Stay!

This property was ideal for our purposes. The check-in was easy and we were greeted with muffins. Location was convenient to downtown and although close to a busy street, noise was not a problem. Thanks for a nice week in Prescott!

My husband and I moved to Prescott from Oahu, Hawaii where we spent the first four years of our retirement. We came back to the mainland because we missed being part of the old west history and what better place could we be but in Prescott Arizona for that! We were both originally from Southern California but often spent time in Prescott and fell in love with it and all it has to offer as I know all of our future guests will do also.

We spent nine months searching for a historical home to make ours. We fell in love with the historical Victorian homes of Prescott and the way the towns people take care of the grand history of it's past. The historical homes in the area continue to be preserved.

Our cottage is only a few blocks from the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row and in a quaint historic neighborhood. Restaurants , Sprouts grocery and Walgreens are all within a short two block walk.
