House was beautiful. Beautiful views of lake with changing foliage. We did not participate in the water activities as we were there for a wedding. Beds were comfortable, had good pillows and which sometimes can be lacking in rentals. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay for my mom’s 70th. We cooked each night and the house had plenty of plates, glass/plastic cups, cookware etc. The older kids had a great time in the playroom downstairs and using the water activities down by the lake. The only thing I’d mention is there are a lot of stairs inside and out, specifically for younger babies I’d recommend bringing a playpen as the stairs inside were a bit dangerous. But other than that we had a great time and Nicole and Dave were excellent hosts and great communicators!

Beautiful place in a lovely setting. There were nine of us - multigenerational. Everyone enjoyed the place. More than enough comfortable room. Kitchen has everything we needed plus some. We used the beach area. Check-in was seamless and absolutely no hassle. Loved the fire pit area and the dock and kayaks. Close drive to the Olana Historic Site and the cute downtown area of Hudson. Also good restaurants in Athens. Highly recommend. We may return next year.

The home is beautiful and Dave and Nicole were so easy to work with. We had a smaller group than originally expected but there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed having a large room to sit in and visit as well as a separate room to all have a comfy spot to sit and watch a movie. The kids loved the ping pong and air hockey and we all loved using the kayaks and paddle boards. Great experience overall.

Great house with plenty of space. Spent a lot of time in the game room. The house and property were very clean. Everything in the house was labeled. Great location right on the lake. Both pools in the complex were great we spent a lot of time in them. Very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive. Excellent choice for a quiet family get away we couldn’t recommend it more.

We had such a great girl's weekend here. House was so beautiful and cozy. Location is a short drive to shops and restaurants. Nicole was very communicative and a welcoming host. I would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful home & worked amazingly well for me & 3 of my friends. The house was very clean, well laid out and met our all our needs for the week. And starting each day with a morning kayak was heavenly. The location was also great – lots of cute, interesting villages to explore. And Nicole & Dave were very responsive and easy to work with!

A fantastic homebase for Catskills adventures

Nicole & David have a beautiful property nestled away in a cozy neighborhood that was prefect for the weekend trip my friends & I took. We felt immediately at home upon arrival and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed, from an awesome curated list of places to check out nearby to making the most of our time at the house. I couldn't recommend their property enough, all of our first thoughts when leaving was how amazing it would be to come back in the summer.

Family get-together

The house is a great place for a family gathering. Lots of space both indoors and outdoors for sitting and visiting. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have plenty of bathrooms so no waiting. Hosts were very responsive.
