Kom og nyd vores rummelige 2BR / 2BA 1151 kvadratmeter ejerlejlighed på 12. etage i det smukke Surfside Resort, der ligger i den roligere, mindre overbelastede Miramar Beach-afdeling i Destin, FL. Vores sydøstlige havudsigt fra vores 8 'x 28' private balkon er uhindret af bygninger og SPECTACULAR!

Vi får morgensolen og eftermiddagsskyggen, så nyd din morgenkaffe ud på balkonen og vend tilbage senere for at slappe af i eftermiddagsskyggen. Nyd de vidunderlige seværdigheder og lyde fra havet og se ned langs den sydøstlige Gulf Coast kysten helt til Panama City! Alle værelser har balkon adgang på grund af den unikke planløsning af denne enhed. Vores indretning er alle fliseregulve med nye komfortable og familievenlige møbler og indretning.

Det store soveværelse indeholder en king size seng, 32 "fladskærm SMART TV / DVD combo, walk-in tændt skab, dressing område, forfængelighed bord og stort mester bad med flisebelagt walk-in shower. En fuld størrelse vaskemaskine / tørretumbler enhed er i master bad. Det andet soveværelse har to dobbeltsenge med stort skab og badeværelse med badekar / bruser combo. Det har også en 36 "fladskærms-tv og dvd-afspiller. Det andet soveværelse kan låses ud og har egen indgang.

Vores nye AMERICAN LEATHER COMFORT SLEEPER sofa i stuen åbner i en yderst behagelig queen-size seng. En fantastisk 55 "buet ultra HD 4K high def SMART TV (Netflix Hulu, Spotify, YouTube), Blu Ray DVD-afspiller, spil og puslespil alt i stue til underholdning.

Spisestue har spejlet vægge, som giver en fantastisk udsigt fra alle pladser. Det fuldt udstyret køkken har helt nye high end apparater og alt hvad du skal bruge til madlavning og / eller underholdende herunder en KEURIG kaffemaskine!

Vi tilbyder GRATIS Beach Service (2 stole og 1 paraply) 1. marts - 31. oktober.

SURFSIDE RESORT er en altomfattende ejendom, herunder et FITNESS-værelse med gymnastiksal udstyr, SPORTS-dæk (tennis under lyset, shuffle board, basketball) over et overdækket og sikkert parkeringsdæk, stor opvarmet pool og dækområde, to HOT TUBS, en KIDDIE pool, TIKI HUT mad og drikke service og et pool hus med brusere og sauna. Sunshine Daydream is in a great location, great view of the Gulf of America, and very welcoming and cozy place to stay. Private beach is just a short stroll across old Hwy 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive). The hosts were great, super responsive and the whole experience was very low stress and a great weekend getaway for me and my spouse. I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay real clean condo and nice staff

We had a great time during our stay at surfside real nice place we stayed in unit 1207 and it was very clean and the furniture and appliances were very nice also had a nice view of ocean the owner was really helpful on our stay will be back.

Beach Vacay 2023

The condo was perfect! This was our 2nd year visiting and love staying at Surfside Resort. The owners were very thoughtful and nice reaching out multiple times during our trip. Would definitely recommend booking with them!!

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The condo is beautifully updated and furnished and is so well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and having 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom is a big plus! The master suite is so spacious. The kitchen has everything you need including a magic bullet, k-cup and regular coffee maker, spices/seasonings and nice pans and dishes. The living room furniture is newer and very comfortable. The balcony is amazing with a table and chairs plus 2 loungers and provides a great view. We loved having the free beach service (2 lounge chairs and an umbrella) so we didn’t have to haul those to the beach. The location is super convenient for the beach, restaurants, and shopping. John and Patti are the most incredible hosts! They were communicative after I booked and reached out before our trip to offer suggestions and answer questions. They also checked in during our stay just to make sure everything was going smoothly! Literally the best hosts I’ve ever worked with for a rental. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if we come back to Miramar Beach!

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay in Destin. The condo is very nice. The property is wonderful. The skybridge across Hwy 98 makes beach access very easy - especially with children. Suzanne is great to work with!

Thanks for the compliments! I truly enjoy interacting with my guests and making sure their stay is as wonderful as possible. We try to keep our condo current and recently installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and both bathrooms, replaced the long panel blinds with curtains, replaced our queen sleeper sofa, and replaced our master bedroom furniture. We're so thankful to be in such a fantastic property as Surfside that meets everyone's needs! Come join us!

Nicest condo yet at Surfside

My partner and I have been staying at Surfside for one week for about the last ten years. This condo was just wonderful. We love the area and the condo was up-to-date with very nice kitchen and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Beautiful Destin

Surfside is a great place to stay on Miramar Beach. It has easy access to lots of activities in the area. The unit we rented had a great view of the ocean and was very quiet at night. We enjoyed siting on the balcony in the A.M. and P.M. Sun in the morning and shade in the late afternoon/evening. Thank you our relaxing vacation.

I'm actually surprised and disappointed at a rating of 3 out of 5 as we have consistently received 5 star reviews for 11 years but if there are specific things we can do to improve your stay should you choose to come back again, please let me know!

Great Vacation!!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Surfside 1207. The condo remodel is beautiful! I loved staying in a condo that was so modern (including a smart tv) with great views of the ocean. This resort has a restaurant, pool, hot tubs, and covered parking, Can't wait to vacation at Surfside 1207 again!. Suzanne was a pleasure to work with!! Great experience, great vacation!!

Delightful !

Absolutely perfect! The location is par excellence and is truly steps from the beach. The home itself is exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We travelled with family and cooked multiple meals in the house. The host was quick to respond, exceptionally easy to work with and truly went the extra mile with helping list out some great neighborhood restaurants and things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

This is a nice condo with great views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach with free umbrella and beach chair service. The heated pool and hot tubs were a bonus. Overall we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed all the amenities that came with this unit. My experience with the owners was amazing. They were great to work with and extremely responsive. I would definitely come back to stay again and would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Fantastic Destin(ation)

Stayed at this Surfside 12th floor condo over Spring Break 2011. Unit has fantastic view of the gulf from large comfortable patio. Great location with deck pool and easy access to beachfront.. Clean, nicely furnished condo in a quieter area east of Destin yet a short drive to family fun activites, watersports, and fine restaurants. The Owners, Surfside staff, fellow visitors, and residents were very friendly and helpful. This condo met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

It's so nice to hear that our guests love our condo and Surfside as much as we do! The huge balcony and fantastic view of the Gulf were two of the main reasons we bought this 12th floor unit. It's fun to go into Destin but always great to come back and relax at the beach, pool or on our balcony!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo overlooking Miramar Beach. Kitchen and Bathrooms have been updated. Nice amenities at the complex. Owners were proactive in providing information on local activities taking place during our stay. They responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend renting this unit. Great Vacation Spot

Thanks for letting us rent your Condo. We had a great week. The beach is beautiful and the pool was a nice warm 85 degrees. The whole family had a blast. It was nice to have free umbrella service every day. There were also a lot of beach toys in the unit for the kids to use. The unit was in great shape. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We will be back again.

Great Vacation - Well Furnished Condo

We’ve stayed here several times and love it. Great view of the ocean and the pool. We love the free umbrella/beach chairs and the kids love how the pool is always kept warm. The beach and pool access are both easy. The condo is very well furnished and has everything we needed. The little things like the blender, waffle maker, plenty of cookware are very appreciated. We have a family of 5 so the sleeper sofa gives us plenty of space. We always have a wonderful stay. We will continue coming back for a great family week.

Fall Break

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside 1207. The condo was nice and so was the view. Unit was clean and updated and Chris was great to work with. Week started with rain due to Hurricane Delta, but ended up clearing and the last 3 days were beautiful. My husband and I relaxed and our daughter and her friends enjoyed the beach and shopping and being on the go. Thank you, Chris!

FANTASTIC!!! 5 🌟 and then some!!!!

We have stayed at the Surfside for many years. I was extremely impressed with this condo. It is very modern with all new high-end appliances. Communication was excellent with responses from the owners John and Patti within minutes of my questions. They are truly committed to making sure that your vacation is everything you want and more. Very relaxing and just overall amazing. I will definitely be booking this condo for all of our upcoming vacations.

Fall Break at the Beach

I reserved this property one year in advance specifically for the handicap accommodations available. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to move from room to room without any issues. The roll in shower and bathroom sink made our stay so comfortable. There were even portable ramps to the balcony that enabled him to easly access the views of the beach with the family. We will rent this condo again!

Absolutely beautiful

This is one of the more accurate rentals that I have rented through VRBO recently. First of all it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked compared to other places that I have rented from in the past. There was plenty of room for my family. Chris was wonderful with communicating with me. We were able to check in early which was really nice. Looking forward to returning again. Thank you Chris!

GREAT condo and GREAT OWNERS!!

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was clean and bright, and we were happy to see that the condo had alot of kitchen appliances and small items that we didn't have to buy. It made it feel more like a home away from home, and the pictures of the unit on the website were exactly what we saw when we arrived. I had no trouble in getting into contact with Suzanne about any questions or planning, which was very convenient and reassuring to know that the person renting us the condo was honest and interested in helping us anyway she could. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Destin and will recommend this condo to others!

Fantastic Condo!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property. The unit is comfortable and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the gulf. We loved the location, with the beach just across the street and many restaurants and activities only minutes away. We also took advantage of the restaurant located on site. The sushi bar was great. The unit is well equipped and provided us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided daily by the property. Also, Chris, the property owner was very nice and helpful when we contacted him with a general question. We travel to the gulf every summer and look forward to staying here again when we come back.

John and Patti Sturm from New Melle, MO. We have 2 sons and a daughter who love going down to Surfside and hanging out on the beach and at the pool. We bought our condo in 2021 and love our spectacular view and private balcony.

Miramar Beach section is less congested, great views of the ocean, Surfside building is rock solid and built to Category 5 Hurricane standards. Unique layout of floor plan has sliding doors from all rooms out to the balcony with views from all rooms to the Gulf.

Skybridge from pool deck to the beach, fantastic restaurant in the building, (enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the beautiful new dining deck) awesome view, all rooms open out to private balcony.
