Next to one of the most common roads in Thessaloniki (Egnatia street). It is located a fully renovated apartment on the 4th floor of buylding. Ideal for couples, families or business travelers. The place is the best starting point to explore and enjoy the city on foot . Bus stops and taxi pick up points are just nearby. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Features two rooms with two queen size bed. In the living room there is a sofa that easily converts into a comfortable bed for one person and a very comfortable couch in which you can sleep also . We tried to create a beautiful environment, modern and functional. It has all the comforts for a comfortable stay such as fridge, electric stove, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine etc). The new balcony doors have double glazing, so that there is total peace of mind inside the house.. The house is also close by (250 meters) from the Thessaloniki International Fair. Just before you reach the International Exhibition, if you head down to the beach you will find the State Theater and the Royal Theater. From the starting point of the house, if you walk up to 150 meters, you will find the arch of Galeri (Kamara) and the famous Rotonda , two important historical monuments of Thessaloniki. Indulge in the charm of the center of Thessaloniki and enjoy your stay.
