Listed building 1 bed detached Cottage completely refurbished to highest standards, Wi Fi,Central heating, Log fire and Intruder alarms, Luxury fitted kitchen with table, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric cooker, microwave carbon monoxide alarm, door to garden with shed for bikes. Off street parking for 2 cars.

Lounge with leather suite and dinning table for 6, wood burning stove, TV side tables, side board etc.

Entrance hall with guest toilet and larg cupboard

Bedroom with King size double bed, waredrobe and dressing table with on suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin with LED light mirrored cabinet and heated towel rail.

Big Thumbs Up

2nd time we've stayed and have recommended to friends. Only 1 minor gripe - we arrived on a very cold February day and the heating wasn't on. However, once we'd switched it on it didn't take that long to heat up.

Christmas get away

Thoughtfully appointed throughout with absolutely everything we needed. A very comfortable bed and seating area in the lounge. A very much appreciated welcome pack, warm and cozy, with helpful and considerate hosts. Very central Ayr town centre and promenade Thank you, a great place to spend 3 nights and more.

A clean and comfortable home away from home

I have stayed at this property several times, and have future stays booked. It's in a lovely quiet area, easily accessible from central Ayr. The cottage has lots of space and everything I need for a long term stay, and is beautifully maintained.

Excellent stay in Ayr!

The property had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The furnishings and decor was of high quality and the property was located in a really nice residential area close to the town centre and the beach.

A perfect break

The cottage is beautifully done, comfortable, spacious and has private parking. At about a mile each way to the town and to the coast, there are some lovely walks which suited us perfectly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our break and would certainly like to return in the future.

Wonderful Accommodation

Perfect location to explore Ayrshire. This beautifuly appointed cottage ticked all the boxes for us, wood stove, comfortable bed, bathtub and shower, well set up kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing getaway

I've been coming to Ayr regularly for a good few years and this is my first time at this particular cottage. It is a wee hidden gem, a good 25 minute walk to town and same again for the beach. Location is so peaceful. I had a lovely time and can't wait to book again
