Casa Sonrisas! Ihastuttava kolmen makuuhuoneen huvila suurella yksityisellä uima-altaalla!

Huvilassa on iso yksityinen uima-allas kauniilla baarialueella, jossa on jääkaappi. Kiinteistön ympärillä on runsaasti tilaa rentoutua, leikkiä ja se on aidattu niin turvalliselle lapsille.

Kevyt ja moderni huvila on avoin suunnitelma olohuone ja keittiö. Keittiö on täysin varustettu jääkaappi-pakastimella, astianpesukoneella, pesukoneella, mikroaaltouunilla ja kaikella, mitä tarvitset itse huolehtiaksesi mukavasti. Olohuoneessa on iso TV, jossa on freesat-laatikko, joka antaa pääsyn useimpiin Yhdistyneen kuningaskunnan tv-kanaviin. Siellä on myös ilmainen WiFi ja ilmastointi.

Olohuoneesta johdettaessa on kahden hengen huone, ihana moderni oma suihkuhuone ja kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa on sisäänrakennetut vaatekaapit. Siellä on myös moderni perheen kylpyhuone.

Huvila sijaitsee Atalayan alueella Ciudad Quesadassa, noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä vilkkaalta Pääkadulta kauppoineen, baareineen ja kahviloistaan. Lähellä on monia supermarketteja. Upea espanjalainen kaupunki Rojales on noin 20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä tapas-joen varrella ...
Lähin ranta on Espanjan lomakohteessa Guardamar del Segurassa, joka on noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Se on ihana suuri hiekkaranta, jossa on kahviloita ja kauppoja sekä lasten leikkialue.
Huvilasta on monia golfkenttiä, joista lähin on La Marquesa.
Quesada Aquapark on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ja tekee siitä hauskan päivän!

No eating in the bedrooms. BBQ cleaning is not included in cleaning fee so if used, please clean off afterwards.

Nice holidayhome with private pool

House was big and two separate bathrooms makes life easier. We got very good service from Judith and Abi. Location was good. Quiet and relaxing place. We recommend this property.

Very relaxing.

We (2 adults 3 kids...8,12 &14) had a very nice relaxing time in this property. The house was perfect for us and the warm pool was great fun. Its a very quiet area with lots of great restaurants and supermarkets. We think a car is essential. Thank you...we had great time.

Beautiful villa & great outside space

I highly recomend this villa it has alot of outside space a lovely swimming pool which my boys loved, an outside bar area the rooms & kitchen area were nice and clean. The walk into town was only 10 minutes, i will be coming back for sure. Thank you Abi x

Brilliant villa

We stayed for 5 nights.The lady who greeted us was very friendly,efficient and explained how everything worked.The layout of the villa is lovely-all on one level with the bedrooms/bathrooms leading off the lounge and kitchen.The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed.The pool was lovely and the bar area is brilliant with a fridge freezer and a sink. There were loads of English books and games.The shops,restaurants and bars are a 15 minute walk away and the big Mercadona supermarket is a few minutes drive. The pool man was also friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it!Thank you.

Estancia durante Nochevieja

En rangos generales tanto mis amigos como yo nos hemos encontrado muy bien durante la estancia. Las únicas pegas que encuentro es que el sofá es un poco incómodo y que la alarma de humos pita si pones el horno y la tostadora. Por otra parte, tanto mis amigos como yo creemos que el cobrar 60€ extra por limpieza nos parece un tanto excesivo. Por el resto, hemos estado muy contentos y sin duda repetiriamos nuestro lugar de vacaciones.

ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE

Nuestra estancia fué magnífica. Pudimos disfrutar mucho de la casa, pero sobretodo de la piscina. Judith fué muy amable con nosotros a nuestra llegada. La casa estaba muy bien acondicionada. Sí que apreciamos que el mobiliario de la parte exterior estaba más deteriorado y sería conveniente que se fuese renovando. A pesar de eso, el tiempo que pasamos en la casa fué magnífico. Muchas gracias por todo.

El alojamiento está impecable y totalmente equipado. No le falta ni un detalle. Las fotos no le hacen justicia ya que es mucho más amplio y bonito de lo que parece. Sin olvidar la maravillosa piscina. Muy recomendable.

Lovely villa in a quiet neighborhood, very safe with excellent security with high walls and lockable gates. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay here, its about a 30 min walk to bars and restaurant and we would definitely stay here again 😊

Family vacation

A beautiful well kept property. Lovely garden area with a stunning pool and bar area. Ample sunbeds and chairs. A naya area for seating and relaxing out of the sun. With comfortable chairs. The rooms are a great size, with everything you could possibly need for an a amazing holiday. One if the best properties we have stayed in. Abi is lovely and had great communication with her. You will require a car if you stay here but thats not a problem. Would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous family holiday. Lovely private pool!

We had a brilliant time at Casa Sonrisas! It was equipped with everything we needed, was perfectly clean and comfortable. The pool is absolutely lovely and our boys wanted to play in it all day! The villa is close to supermarkets and restaurants. We went to Guardamar beach which we enjoyed, even though it was a bit choppy the day we went. We also went to the lovely waterfalls near Benidorm which was a great day out. We had a fabulous holiday!

Grefantastic villa in a quiet area

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Sonrisas. It’s in a nice quiet location but only a short trip to restaurants, bars and shops. The pool was excellent and the outdoor bar area with fridge meant we didn’t have to keep going back in to the villa for cold drinks and snacks. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable and had everything you would need, including for our 6 month old! We used the bbq most nights and enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

Great villa in a nice quiet setting

We stayed here from 25/09/18 to 05/10/18 with our 6 month old. We were really impressed with the villa and the amenities far outweighed our expectations! There was everything required for us and our baby. Will definitely be back next year!

Great villa and fantastic location.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Very clean and modern. Lovely swimming pool and outside bar.... Very handy!! All you needed and more at the villa. Even food in the cupboards, which you can use and just replace. No rushing out and buying hand soap washing up liquid. Abi had everything covered. Ideally placed and everything near by. Beach is just 12mins away.and plenty of restaurants. The area is a very friendly too. Thank you Abi for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!!

Plenty of smiles at Casa Sonrisas!

We had a wonderful week at Casa Sonrisas. The villa was everything we expected and more, very clean and we found everything we needed here. There was plenty of space for our family of 3 including a travel cot and high chair provided for our two year old son. The pool area was great with outside bar, large table for dining for eating outside and plenty of sun loungers. The patio was very comfortable and provided welcome shade. There was so much to do outside the villa with local beaches, Elche Safari park and the Island of Tabarca. It was lovely to come back and enjoy the peace and quite by the pool. We hired a car which is needed for the area, plenty of safe parking at the villa and roads nearby are nice and quite. We will definitely recommend Casa Sonrisas to friends and hope to return in the future!

Well equipped casa. Bonus - lovely pool.

The property is lovely - very well equipped for outdoor living with a very goodsized pool plus an outdoor bar area. I believe a barbecue has been added since our visit. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and cook a good sized meal and includes a dishwasher. The surrounding area is peaceful but within walking distance of the nearest town plus a short drive to a beautiful beach, a water park and other local towns and markets. We spent a very enjoyable week exploring. Although early in the year, the weather was perfect and we hope to go back in this autumn. Deborah

Beautiful, immaculate, spacious, private villa!

From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed, we were greeted by Judith, who met us at the villa and showed us around. She gave us information about places to visit (There is also a welcome folder and leaflets in the villa.) We were so impressed with the cleanliness and décor in the villa, the grounds and the pool. It is all kept to a high standard. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to ensure a relaxing, home from home holiday in the sun! We especially enjoyed sitting on the rattan furniture in the princess style terrace, overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside and villas. I enjoyed sunbathing by the pool and doing yoga, or floating about the pool on one of the lilos. My husband swam in the pool every day. The bar area was lit up with fairy lights at night time, giving a warm glow of light, when we returned to the villa, after eating out at one of the many fantastic local restaurants in Quesada or Guardamar. Our en-suite bathroom was a delight to use, with a large walk in shower, in turquoise and white. I loved walking up the winding staircase to the villa, via the terrace. It was a magical holiday, with so much to do in the surrounding areas of Quesada, Guardamar, Elche (including Elche Safari park), Santa Pola, The Island of Tabarca, Torrevieja and La Mata. The nearest beach of Guadamar was only 10 minutes by car. This beautiful wide stretch of golden sand, interspersed with children's play areas and good quality restaurants, was wonderful. We had glorious blue skies and sunshine from 7am until early eve. There was a traditional fiesta in Torrevieja on our last night, with Flamenco dancing and Spanish tapas food stalls, alongside the vibrant night market, which was excellent! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives and we will be returning as soon as possible. Thank you for our wonderful holiday and for your care and attention to detail. Superb!

quiet peacful well equipped villa

the Villa is situated in a quiet area, walking distance to the local town and short drive to the beach ara. we found the villa to be very comfortable and very well equipped. the pool is lovely and was enjoyed by all. there are lots of things to do in the local area Aqua park , excellent beach, and lovely restaurants. we went to a good markey on Sunday. wonderful brak relaxing in the Spanish Sunshine and enjoying home comforts.
