The apartment is located in the historic center of Sermoneta and is one of the oldest houses built in the town, very close to the Caetani castle.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building located in one of the most scenic and photographed alleys of the historic village.
It is accessed via a stone staircase and has a large living room with kitchenette equipped with every service, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 newly renovated bathrooms with showers.

Sermoneta enjoys an excellent position to visit the spectacular Ninfa Gardens, the Ancient Norma and Cori, Bassiano, but also the beautiful beaches of Sabaudia, Sperlonga and Terracina.

A ten minute drive you can reach the train station to easily get to Rome and Naples.

Great place
We had a lovely stay in a wonderful house in a beautiful hill top village. The Raponi family were very helpful with great local recommendations and making sure we were very comfortable in their property - great week in a great location!
