Perfect location for exploring La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Short walk to the train station or any of the great La Spezia restaurants. Host was very friendly, and property was clean, comfortable and spacious. 10/10, loved it..

Un endroit parfait!

Patrizia nous a gentiment attendues à l’appartement et nous a tout expliqué. Elle a été extrêmement gentille et aidante. L’appartement est tout simplement parfait. Les chambres sont grandes, les lits confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée, Patrizia nous avait laissé les aliments de base comme du café, du yogourt et du beurre. La salle de bain est rénovée et très propre. La terrasse est immense et à l’ombre le soir, ce qui était très apprécié pour l’apéro. L’appartement est bien situé, à 10 minutes de marche de la gare et 20 minutes de marche du port. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous le conseillons à tous!

The perfect place to stay in La Spezia

We had a great stay here. Can't recommend this place enough. I was there to celebrate my birthday and Patricia left some treats and a note for me. So very sweet. The terraza was a great way to sip wine and enjoy every afternoon. We made a point to spend a couple hours each day there. Daniele helped check us in and gave us great recommendations for food and day trips. We will absolutely stay here again!

Historisk og velholdt

Patrizia tog venligt imod os, og viste os tilrette. Lejligheden ligger i en gammel velholdt ejendom, lige ud til hovedgaden. Alt er i gåafstand, og det er ikke nødvendigt med bil. Man kommer nemt omkring med bus og tog. 2 af soveværelserne ligger ud mod vejen, og det giver en del støj om natten. Sengene er behagelige. Terrassen er fantastisk. Og man kan ikke høre vejen derfra. Et par stole med høj ryg ville være at ønske. Alt i alt en god oplevelse. Tak for lån. bil. Tog og bus er lige i nærheden.

Excellent stay

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Daniele was very kind to welcome us and explain the property to us. We really enjoyed the little attention at check-in. It is a lovely place very close to restaurants, 10 mins to the train station and ferries. Unfortunately the free parking at Piazza d’Armi is under construction, so it’s more difficult to find a free parking spot. Thanks again !

A taste of Italy

The apartment was very roomy but quaint. The terrace was wonderful for an evening cocktail. Our host provided us with a welcoming bottle of Chianti and snacks. We also had the use of her washer to clean our clothes. The apartment was very authentic and Patrizia shared her history as a child staying with her grandparents.

Wonderful host and location.

We love La Spezia and this was a perfect location. Close to everything,, had everything I needed in the apartment to cook or anything else I wanted to do. I highly recommend. Host was wonderful! We had breakfast every day on that beautiful terrace!

Historic family residence

Old property, high ceilings, spacious with all modern conveniences. Host was wonderful, met us at residence with keys and introduced us to the house. Very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location, amazing host!

Patrizia was a fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She showed us around the apartment, kindly left us some complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine and gave us some top tips for the area. The apartment is incredible, a clean large space and the terrace was a beautiful breakfast spot. The location of the apartment is perfect, a 10 minute walk from the train station, a supermarket below and the marina is a 15-20 minute walk. We absolutely loved our stay at Patrizia’s home and we would definitely stay there again!!

Location

The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She met us when we arrived and even came to say goodbye. She is warm and cares about you. The location is 6 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from the harbor. Coming back to her apartment in April with our adult daughters.. Looking forward to seeing Patriza again. Extra pour visiter les 5 Terres, Pise et Lucques. Gare, bus et bateau à proximité. Et plein de petits plus dans l'appartement qui font bien plaisir. On recommande.

biggest terrace in the city

The accommodation really offers all you need for a happy holiday. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. But the strongest point of the offer is the huge terrace well decorated with flowers. Under the pavilion you will find a table with six chairs for your lunch or dinner outside. The warm welcome by the owner, Patrizia, makes you feel at home immediately. She prepared a file with everything you need to easily find your way to shops and services and of course interesting sites for tourists. You will feel that everything is done with love and good sense of hospitality. I score this accommodation a 10 out of 10 !

A home away from home, the Italian feel.

We found the House of Chicca and Paolo to be perfect. Patrizia was a lovely host making us most welcome. It has an authentic Italian home feel and is in a perfect location for transport to the Cinque Terra and to other towns, such as Lucca and Pisa. We enjoyed everything about the accommodation and our stay. Highly recommended Thank you Patrizia

Big apartment. Bigger than we expected. Nice quiet roof-terrace. The apartment is right in the center of La Spezia. Close to the station, bus stop in front of the house, the bakery across the street. Shortly renovated. Everything we needed was there. Patrizia was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there anytime again.
