Comfortable and comfortable house with secular pine garden, located in the Marina di Mancaversa (LE) at 150 meters from the sea (on foot) formed by a low cliff and large sandy areas. The house is located just 6 km from Gallipoli with only sandy beaches renowned throughout the province, an attraction for many young people and families. A few kilometers from S. M di Leuca, Castro, Otranto. The apartment, bright and in excellent condition, is composed of: kitchen, small room (2 beds), double bedroom (+ cot for small children), bathroom with shower box (also with outdoor shower), parking space. All furnished (including dishes, pots, mosquito nets, washing machine, TV, barbecue) excluding linen of any kind.
