Comfortable and comfortable house with secular pine garden, located in the Marina di Mancaversa (LE) at 150 meters from the sea (on foot) formed by a low cliff and large sandy areas. The house is located just 6 km from Gallipoli with only sandy beaches renowned throughout the province, an attraction for many young people and families. A few kilometers from S. M di Leuca, Castro, Otranto. The apartment, bright and in excellent condition, is composed of: kitchen, small room (2 beds), double bedroom (+ cot for small children), bathroom with shower box (also with outdoor shower), parking space. All furnished (including dishes, pots, mosquito nets, washing machine, TV, barbecue) excluding linen of any kind. Nearby: bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, newsagent, children's playground, restaurants and pizzerias.
