Nice and friendly townhouse located at the North coast of Mallorca, in la Colònia de Sant Pere between Can Picafort and Artà. This house is located in a walking distance to from the sea and beach.

There is a charming terrace at the front of the property, with a dining area. Inside, there is a charming living and dining room. To the left, there are three comfortable bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. To the right there is a graceful kitchen, with stairs that lead to the back garden, a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy the stay. It has air conditioning in the living room.

The holiday home is only a few metres from the sea and sandy beach of Colonia de Sant Pere in the northeast of Mallorca.

The sleepy village Colonia de Sant Pere in the northeast of the island is still a secret tip for many island lover. The location right between the sea and the mountains, with its location is very special in Mallorca. The small marina and the pretty beach promenade with various bars and good restaurants invite you to linger. Every Saturday a small market takes place in the small market square in the village center next to the church. Nature lovers will find in the large nature reserve Llevant, directly behind the village, great hiking trails with breathtaking views.

During the long walks by the sea you will discover many small natural bays that invite you to swim. If you go to the sea towards Son Serra de Marina, you are already after 30 minutes on a beautiful, kilometer-long natural beach. Of course, the place also as various shops (ncluding three supermarkets and a bakery) which are open all year round.

Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday

We loved our stay. The front terrace was great for morning coffee, and the back garden was a peaceful retreat. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Super kind and helpful hosts when we needed anything. Highly recommend it.

Exactly as described in the pictures

Pep’s place was exactly as described in the pictures. The house was clean and had anything we needed during our stay. It was also conveniently located. There is a supermarket that opens on weekends very close to the property and despite the factthat the weather was not as good as expected, we had the chance of knowing a little more about this beautiful part of the island. Fabulous

First, the house itself has everything you need: washing machine, dish washer, so. Every supply seems pretty new. The garden outside is perfect for having a bbq and be in peace. une belle maison

La maison est comme neuve tout a était refait, elle est très bien située dans la ville vous pouvez aller en 5 minutes à pied au bord de mer , restaurants, commerces... il y a 3 chambres, un grand salon et le jardin est super agréable, à notrearrivé il y avait du vin , de l’eau,jus de fruits , biscuits et fruits frais un grand merci Il y a aussi tout le nécessaire pour les machines lave linge et vaisselle et vous stationné sans problème dans la rue ou juste à côté Tout autour de très belles critiques A recommander sans hésitation Marie

Casa acogedora en un entorno increíble

La ubicación es ideal, a solo unos pasos del mar y cerca de un paseo con restaurantes. La casa es cómoda y bien equipada. No tuvimos ningún problema, check in y check out sencillo y comodo. Repetiríamos en nuestras próximas vacaciones a mallorca.

Der Aufenthalt war super und die Lage perfekt. Nur die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen und die Matratzen sollten erneuert werden. Auch die Spülmaschine war leider nicht richtig gepflegt und die Sachen wurden nicht wirklich sauber. Ansonsten alles top

Si lo que buscas es alejarte del turismo inglés/alemán, Colonia de Sant Pere es tu sitio. Casa bonita con un bonito jardín (llevaros antimosquitos). En la zona hay restaurantes y supermercados, ideal para pasar largas estancias. Para ir a la resta de la isla, tienes que coger el coche casi 1h. El propietario no se comunicó durante la estancia, simplemente mandó las instrucciones de cómo llegar y poco más.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Räume waren großzügig geschnitten und ausreichend Platz für Kleidung im Schrank stand zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Flasche Wasser, Wein, Milch und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung in der Küche.
