The outdoor area features a furnished terrace at the entrance of the house, where you can have breakfast peacefully while enjoying the morning breeze. In the back, you'll find a portable barbecue to prepare a delicious dinner. Additionally, you can enjoy views of the street and garden from the long balcony that surrounds the entire apartment.



This cozy apartment features a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, where you can relax on its comfortable sofas while watching your favorite programs on television or sharing pleasant moments with company. The living room also has a fireplace that is exclusively decorative in nature, so it is not permitted to use it.



Next to the living room is a spacious dining room and a large kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious recipes.



On the same floor you will find three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The accommodation has air conditioning in the hallway. Next to the bedrooms there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

We had a wonderful stay in Can Picafort!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for families or groups of friends. We loved having breakfast on the terrace and relaxing in the living room after a day at the beach. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the beautiful promenade. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea in Mallorca!

Das Haus ist gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Terrasse, der Balkon und die ruhige Lage in Can Picafort. Alles war sauber und komfortabel – wir kommen gerne wieder!
