This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square foot first floor condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, cable television, pull out sofa sleeper with pillows and linens. Walk out the back door to your private boat slip, or fish off the dock. The unit is a 3 minute drive to the beach and the new Schlitterbahn water park. The unit is newly remodeled with laminate wood flooring, Tile walk in shower and fresh paint. Take advantage of these low introductory prices and vacation in style with money to spare.

Great home for the weekend

I loved it here . We had everything we needed . Towels , a kitchen , a place to fish . It was clean , a parking spot designated for me . We had a great time and first floor , can’t beat it .

Five or six steps from the backdoor and you are on a dock, fishing.Has a King bed, a pull out couch and a Futon.Great place for a small family, kids can take over the famiky room and the parents have their own room.

Great spot for my husband and I. No frills, but we are fine with that to be right on the water. We were able to tie our fishing boat up to the dock over night which was very convenient. Great location to everything and perfect for two.
