Located in front of the Prado Museum, this spacious and bright apartment offers comfort and functionality for your time in the city. The building features a wonderful rooftop pool with views of the Madrid skyline, providing a unique experience.

Ideal for couples and/or 2 adults, the apartment features a double bed and a sofa bed, creating a cozy and versatile ambiance.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. The private bathroom provides a relaxing and functional space.

The living room, equipped with an additional sofa bed, dining table, and flat-screen TV, opens to two fantastic terraces.

Amenities include free wifi, communal air conditioning for the summer months, heating during the winter months, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and complimentary toiletries for your first days.THE AREA

Strategically located in Madrid, this apartment allows you to reach any point in the city center on foot, without the need for public transport.

IMPORTANT NOTES

-The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September).

-Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee.

-Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host before your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

-Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property.

-Tenants must sign a short-term rental agreement. great location for Prado and royal musems

Incedible spot to hit many of the major royal museums within walking distance. There is street noise and street lighting as El Pase del Prado runs right under the unit...but with double sliders closed, shades drawn and ceiling fan on I slept in the front room on a pull out couch bed quite comfortably.

Lovely Apartment in Great Location

This apartment is wonderful and the location is perfect! My husband and I recently stayed at this apartment located just across the street from the Prado Museum. It was convenient to tourist sites and great restaurants. We felt safe in the area while enjoying a vibrant area. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and extremely well-located - we walked almost everywhere, and the few times we needed to take the metro or a cab it was quick and inexpensive. We will recommend this place to any friends traveling to Madrid and hope we can return one day!

La recepción y la comunicación con Carmen fue estupenda desde el primer momento, y se preocupó constantemente por lo que pudiésemos necesitar. Es un lugar con una ubicación privilegiada, y de fácil acceso a diferentes líneas de bus, metro o tren que conecta con el destino que queramos ir. Las condiciones de limpieza y el estado del departamento, impecables. Tiene además todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía sin contratiempos. Es cierto que el frío madrileño y la histórica nevada que vivimos en la fecha que nos alojamos, hizo que la calefacción central no alcanzara del todo, pero de inmediato fuimos escuchados y nos adicionaron un calefactor que nos resolvió el problema. La cama es cómoda, la ducha muy buena, y cuenta con un lavarropas que nos soluciona la vida para una estadía larga.
