Quiet three-room apartment located in Lazise, a few steps from the town centre, beach and lakefront, all within walking distance, in a residential complex with swimming pool and external changing room/bathroom (opening period guaranteed from 15/05 to 30/09).



The living area is fully equipped for 4/6 people and features a modern kitchen with large refrigerator, wine fridge, 4-plate hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and German coffee machine. Satellite TV, double sofa bed and air conditioning available for guests. The living area overlooks a lovely garden extending on two sides of the apartment with a paved terrace shaded by a sun awning for pleasant outdoor lunches.

Schöne Wohnung und Anlage

Wir haben einen Kurztrip nach Lazise gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Schöne Wohnung und Anlage, mit guter Ausstattung und großem, modernen Pool Ein großer Pluspunkt ist außerdem die zu Fuß relativ schnell erreichbare Innenstadt in max. 10 Minuten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, prima Service von Regarda

Sehr gut gelegene, ruhige Wohnung. Fußläufig zum See und zur Altstadt. Gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Viel Stauraum in Schubladen und Regalen, auch im Bad. Sehr sauber. Toll: die individuelle abschließbare Garage in der Tiefgarage. Darin ist auch Platz zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Schöner Garten, den wir wir wegen des Wetters (kühl und teils Regen) aber leider nicht nutzen konnten. Sehr gute und nette Kommunikation mit dem Regarda Team. Mails als Reaktion auf Fragen im Vorfeld kamen immer super schnell. Netter Empfang auch bei Schlüsselübergabe. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder! Etwas mehr Möglichkeiten, Kleidung nicht nur zu legen sondern auch aufzuhängen.

Wir ( 4 Personen) hatten diesmal diese Unterkunft in Lazise gebucht und waren wieder total begeistert. Die Lage ist Zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, sie bietet ausreichend Platz und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wie immer fühlten wir uns vom Regarda- Team bestens betreut, wofür wir uns ganz herzlich bedanken möchten und kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

Wie jedes Jahr - eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir kommen seit Jahren in diese Wohnung, und wurden nie enttäuscht. Alles sauber und funktioniert. Der Pool ist beheizt und hatte 29,5 Grad -)! Das Auto steht sicher in der Garage und zum neuen Hafen sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Sollte es an irgendwas fehlen - sind die Mädels von der Agentur über WhatsApp zu erreichen und alles wird sofort geregelt! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder….! Klimaanlage ist laut, sollte evtl mal überprüft werden.

Die Wohnung ist gut, insbesondere die Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Lazise ist ebenfalls sehr schön und in der Wohnung war alles wie angegeben. Es ist wirklich nicht zu verstehen, dass an der Wand bei der Eingangstür nicht ein paar Garderobenhaken angebracht werden. Im Mai regnet es halt schon mal und dann soll man eine nasse Jacke in einen geschlossenen Schrank hängen? Die Kaffeemaschine braucht gefühlt eine Stunde für einen Liter Kaffee (die müsste aus unserer Sicht ausgetauscht werden).

Super Lage der Unterkunft. Alles sehr sauber. Nur sind bei manchen Dauerbewohnern Kinder nicht sonderlich beliebt. Sie fühlen sich gestört von anderen Gästen. Sie waren teilweise auch sehr unverschämt. Es ist auch nicht erlaubt aus dem Pool Haus 2 Liegen zu nehmen obwohl dort 15 Stück lagern

Wir finden den abgetrennten Garten mit nahen Pool sowie die ruhige Lage sehr schön. am Kopfteil vom Kinderbett war noch ein gebrauchtes Taschentuch. Unter den Hängeschränken im Schlafzimmer war alles voller Staubmäuse.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich im Reisebüro empfangen und die Übergabe der Schlüssel und Einweisung lief reibungslos! Das Appartment entsprach den Angaben und unseren Vorstellungen. Das Fernsehprogramm gibt es im Wohnzimmer sogar in Deutsch. Der Pool befindet sich eine Gehminute neben dem anderen Objekt der Anlage. Er war sehr sauber und gepflegt und war kaum besucht / belegt gewesen was vielleicht an dem Zeitraum Juli lag. Direkt neben dem Pool ist eine Art Lagerraum für Liegen und darin befindet sich zugleich die Toilette (sehr praktisch) . Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem tollen Service!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Anlage, fussläufig erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Altstadt von Lazise. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und riecht gut. Was leider nicht immer so ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar die Betten kann man loben. Sehr nett war der Weinkühlschrank, der auch etwas zur Begrüßung enthielt. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir auch die Betreuung durch Romina. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Adresse, die wir gerne weiter empfehlen und sicher auch irgendwann wieder kommen.

Posizione molto buona per raggiungere il centro di Lazise a piedi, o altri luoghi (Bardolino, Terme di Colà,...) in macchina Orario di consegna in ritardo Noi eravamo in 4 ma l'appartamento è per 6 persone ed il tavolo interno in cucina è inadeguato per far pranzare comodamente 4 o 6 persone.

Top Lage, sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung!

Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Jugendlichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Abgeschlossener Garten mit großem Tisch und vier Stühlen (bei 6 Personen schwierig) und einer elektrischen Markise. Gemeinschaftspool ist ums Eck, relativ groß und sehr sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut super, besser geht`s unserer Meinung nicht. In 5 Min zu Fuß im Zentrum von Lazise, Fast nebenan zwei kleine Cafes und ein Supermarkt. Für` s Auto gibt`s sogar eine abgeschlossene Tiefgarage. Wie es aber immer so ist, gibt es auch kleine Kritikpunkte und zwar die neue Schlafcouch, Wir haben sie zum Schlafen benutzt und leider konnte man sich nicht bewegen ohne lautes knarren und quietschen. Zudem hört man im Wohnraum nachts irgendwelche Geräusche von den Leitungen oder was auch immer. Auch sollte man sich darüber klar sein, dass es im Wohnraum keinen Tisch gibt, sondern nur eine sehr schöne Theke mit Barhocker. Insgesamt eine coole Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, sehr ruhig und top Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber nicht im August, da wir sie etwas zu teuer finden. Für den Preis könnte man vlt schon zwei hochwertige Liegen erwarten und sechs Stühle im Außenbereich

Very comfortable and clean apartment for our family holiday to Lazise

Modern, ground floor apartment with lovely large outdoor area with grass and patio, only a short step away to the shared pool which was very quiet (August). Convenient location to walk to the lake and town. Apartment had everything we needed including air conditioning and a washing machine. Regarda Travel were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The outdoor sunbeds could do with being up dated and perhaps a hair dryer would be good.
