I am not changing my review, it is an honest one and what we experienced.

Not the best we have stayed in. Toilet was dirty, shower cubical to small, a plastic chair collapsed causing brusing to my husband's back, broken bin. Sea view was nice but the veranda was filthy, swept it myself and cleaned table, saw two cockroaches in villa and a rat every day in garden. Plus side, when we reported it to Agents next day they sent someone out to sort it.Noisy neighbours, constant comings and goings, pool man came every 3 days which is good and the gardener came for couple of hours, put all this together, I found it hard to relax as was always expecting someone to turn up. 300 deposit they take for breakages, but I think we deserve extra as compensation.

The 1970s decor of this villa is no Instagram pastiche... it's original. This period authenticity extends to the fixtures and fittings - no aircon, no pool lights, no fancy coffee maker. Surprisingly, it sort of works... The lack of aircon was actually fine (we stayed in July) as the large bedroom windows are shaded by the building's design and are fitted with fly screens and bars. We slept with the windows open with the gentle breeze and the smell of the garden instead of horrible air conditioned air. There are quiet efficient old portable floor fans and the neighbourhood is quiet. It was quite lovely. The beds are super comfortable with excellent linen and the very dated shower has good hot water and pressure. The kitchen has no full oven but a very efficient old counter-top mini oven for warming breakfast croissants. The garden and pool area has lovely mature planting and feels very un-overlooked. You could be seen by pedestrian passers-by through the gaps in the plants but the villa is on a cul-de-sac so we only ever saw the odd car roll past. True to the 1970s feel, the white plastic sun-loungers were far more comfortable than many modern designer ones are. One of the joys of a private pool is being able to swim at night. The total blackness of an unlit pool can feel creepy so I recommend bringing a couple of Amazon's little portable LED pool lights - they're cheap and lightweight. All in all a pretty good stay for the money. Just a newer coffee maker would be nice.

Die Sauberkeit entsprach des Landes entsprechend (südliche Länder und keine 5 Sterne).Wir wissen warum die Dusche auf keinem Foto zu sehen ist, denn sie ist sehr klein ( ca, 60x60cm) und dann noch ein Duschvorhang. ( War nicht so der Hit). Bilder sollten eh mal erneuert werden, da auch auf der Terrasse die Steinmöbel gar nicht mehr vorhanden sind und die Außendusche auch nicht mehr existiert. Haben uns mit dem Gartenschlauch abgeduscht vor dem Poolbesuch.Töpfe und Pfannen waren zwar da, könnten aber mit der Zeit erneuert werden. Der Gasherd ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig.Betten/Matratzen waren gut!Pool war auch gut, und der Poolservice war einmal die Woche da. (Hat sogar die Blumen in den Töpfen gegossen). Bei großen Personen hat man sogar Glück das Meer von der unteren Terrasse zu sehen, die kleineren Personen sehen das Meer von dem oberen Balkon aus. Die Gegend war bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr Ruhig. Zwei-drei Baustellen, aber war auszuhalten. Gartenpflege beim Nachbarn war lauter. Zum einkaufen sollte man mit dem Auto fahren, zum baden am Meer brauch man auch ein Auto, zum Essen gehen kann man fußläufig (ca. 1km) auf dem Nachhauseweg ein steiler Verdauungsmarsch.

Prima huis voor 2 personen, ruim, mooi zwembad, schoon bij aankomst (aug.2025),centraal gelegen, 3 min.met auto naar supermarkt, goed bed! 1 van de beste huisjes van de afgelopen 10 jaar enige puntje is de kleine douche. Verbeterpuntje bij zo'n huis en tuin zou ik wat luxer tuinmeubilair (loungeset en luxere dinerset en ligbedden) neerzetten.

Estacia en LA PERLA

Después de pasar cinco dias en esta casa, la verdad es que se esta muy bien y muy tranquilo. Es un sitio idoneo para descansar y desconectar. Todo muy limpio y bien puesto. Es tal y como se ve en la imágenes. Las unicas pegas, por poner alguna, una fue la iluminación exterior, que aparte del porche no habia ninguna luz más. tampoco habia utensilios para la barbacoa y que no se podia ver ningun canal en castellano, todo era alemán. Pero como he dicho antes es una casa que esta realmente bien. También tengo que decir que tubimos un pequeño problema y nos lo vinieron a resolver bastante rápido. En general muy contentos.
