Fit our need

Condo was clean and in a perfect location for what we needed.Only issue was we had two vehicles and only one access card. The security guard was pretty noce and let us in when we didn't have the access card with us.

Great location and host!

I will certainly be back. Everything was just as I needed. Clean, convenient, assess ability. All the conveniences of home. Onsite personnel, grounds wonderfully maintained. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable bed and lovely grounds.

The apartment is VERY convenient to NRG Center and Medical Center. It is not far from the Rice University area with lots of shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for luxury, this isn’t it, but if cleanliness and convenience are your things, you’ve have it here. Anshul was so very nice and helpful.

Fantastic Spacious Condo in Great Location!

We loved our two week stay in this condo. The owner is super conscientious and has done a good job in outfitting the space. I loved cooking in the kitchen. The bathroom vanity is super long with twin sinks. And there are two entrances into the bathroom which makes it very nice when one person gets up really early! The bed is very comfortable. Gated community. Lots of parking. Pretty trees. Nice pool and exercise room. Grocery store within walking distance. The location is superb. If you need to get to the medical center at MD Anderson, it takes less than ten minutes with just two right turns. Also, the pricing for this condo, considering it's large size is fantastic. We would stay here again, over and over when we need to be in Houston.

Home away from home!

I stayed here for six weeks while being treated at MD Anderson. The location was perfect as it was an easy five minute drive to the hospital. Grocery and restaurants were also very close. The condo was very clean and well appointed and the owner was attentive and helpful. It felt like my home away from home! The complex is gated and I felt very secure. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is staying in the Houston area.
