We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to spend time with family and friends. It has everything we needed for our baby and for the kids. It is located conveniently to local shops and close to a very nice beach. We enjoyed beautiful sunset every night. Owner communications was great and fast. Only thing we would recommend the owner to update are the mattress of some of the beds, and the floors were not very well cleaned. Definitely a villa we will consider rebooking in the future.

Great Villa

This villa is really nice it’s very spacious and the facilities mainly swimming pool and pool table are great. One recommendation is to get a fan in the outdoor dining area. Apart from that perfect location to many places by foot and short taxi journey, I would highly recommend. Silvia responds very promptly to messages

Large airy villa. Well equipped kitchen, lovely pool and garden. Twin room on ground floor very small with small single beds and only suitable for younger children.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Sylvia’s wonderful villa which hopefully tells its own story. Perfect for families, great pool and plenty of space for a large group! Sylvia’s communication is excellent - she always replies quickly and is very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone.

Great villa

We had a very nice time in this spacious villa. Especially the outdoor area was great with the swimming pool, pool table and table tennis. The furniture was a bit outdated, espacially some beds. However, we really enjoyed our time and would recommend this villa. The communication with Sylvia was very good.

Great stay at Villa Andaluza

We (7 women golfers from the US) loved our stay here. The villa was even nicer than the pictures. It was clean and we especially enjoyed spending time in the outside area around the pool. The beach was very near and we walked into town for breakfast, dinner and necessities. Sylvia was great at recommending a nearby restaurant for dinner the first night which the travel weary group appreciated. Minor plumbing issues were attended to immediately.

Excellent villa and owner was fantastic

There were 7 of us staying including 3 small children. The villa is very spacious and lots of room for everyone. This is a traditional Spanish villa inside but immaculately clean with plenty of facilities. The pool was fantastic and not overlooked. Sylvia is fantastic she was so helpful throughout the booking process and continued to message throughout our stay.We couldn’t ask for a more perfect host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing place for a family / friends holiday

The house is perfect in terms of its location (walking distance into centre of San Pedro and short drive to beach and Marbella / Puerto Banus etc…) and is a really lovely and homely place to stay. The villa has a slightly dated charm in terms of decor and furnishings etc… but for that it feels that much more cosy and homely! We (5 adults and 4 kids) absolutely loved our stay and would happily return! Also Silvia the owner / manager was fantastic and was always available on WhatsApp to answer questions etc…. Absolutely perfect!!

A very good Villa!

The Villa was very clean and tidy and all 8 of us guys aged 38-60 absolutely loved it. We all said how relaxing the whole experience was. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had before we left the UK. I did not need to contact her once during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend.

excellent family villa

The villa is a very large classic spanish style design with a sloping pool ideal for youngsters, outside kitchen and BBQ area, pool table and table tennis. All the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Located in a secure residential area, a 10 minute walk to San Pedro centre and 30 minutes to the boardwalk front (or 5 min by taxi) this villa is ideal for a very relaxing holiday. The host, Silvia, is extremely efficient in dealing with any issues (which were minimal) and very helpful. Highly recommended and Silvia can provide details of airport transfers from another very efficient guy called Mick

Fabulous!

Exactly as advertised. A beautifully kept property, Sleeps 10 and is huge! Swimming pool and grounds immaculate and kept to a very high standard. All comms with Silvia were great, she went out of her way to be helpful, allowing us in to the property early as soon as it was ready, leaving some welcome treats and checking in during our stay. We will be back!

overall we had a great time. House was authentic, spacious, lots of bathrooms. suggestions for improvement. More towels, including pool towels, screens on the windows to enjoy the cool breezes otherwise the bugs and bees fly in. Stronger Wi-Fi (multiple users slows it down a lot), Indoor lighting was poor. Lastly, a clothing dryer would be nice also. WE had a great time and enjoyed the property.

Thank you for your rewiew! We provide 2 bath towels per person. The lights in the bedrooms are warm and the kitchen, living and dinning room are white lights. The wifi in summer time can sometimes be weaker due to the fact that the population of the área increases considerably. Super property in ideal location with the ability to walk to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Villa, clean, tidy and great bbq area. Pool clean, tidy and perfect temperature. Each day we had breakfast and lunch outside on the covered terrace. We had no need to contact our host who provided ideal instructions on how to get to and access the villa. Only minor comment would be sun beds are a bit dated and showing their age. We had an excellent family holiday!

Fantastic spacious villa in great location

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this great villa, having returned after an amazing stay last April. The villa is very spacious with all the amenities you need. We’ve stayed as a family of 6 adults and 4 young kids with plenty of space for all. The pool was the perfect temp in august - the kids were in for hours every day - and the outdoor bbq and dining area brilliant for catering for a large family. It’s a 5-10 min walk into town where there are lots of great local restaurants, and multiple supermarkets within walking distance or a couple of minute drive to get to the larger ones. Sylvia is fantastic host, who responded to my messages very quickly and was very accommodating to my many questions! We would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would return again and again.

Great location, nice villa, good outdoor area

7 mature ladies stayed for 5 nights. Sleeping arrangements not quite as expected but that could be our misinterpretation of Spanish bed sizes. Mattresses also quite uncomfortable but again, we know Spanish mattresses are quite hard. Outdoor area very nice, plenty of seating for outdoor dining. Sun beds could do with upgrading but nice warm pool and garden very well maintained. Location excellent, walking distance to supermarket, beach and bars and restaurants. We did not need to contact the host during our stay but for the booking, arrival and departure arrangements Silvia was very helpful and prompt with responses. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

A truely wonderful villa

We had a lovely stay on San Pedro for a week in April. I highly recommend the villa. It is large and spacious, all of the rooms have adequate space and great for families and groups to spread out. There is lots of communal space which gives you the option of eating and sitting inside and out. The pool table and table tennis were enjoyed as was the heated pool. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around and the adults to relax. Parking for up to four cars securely and more on the road if needed. A great location, ten minutes to get into town with lots of bars, supermarkets, shops etc. You can drive to the beach in five minutes and we walked down in 30 minutes. Silvia is a great host, every time I asked a question she came back immediately and was only too happy to help with our plans. We had such a lovely holiday and spent a large part of it in the villa. We hope to come back again soon.

Family fun in the sun 🌞💃🌭🍔🥩🍤

Just back from a 15 night break in this fab villa , family of 8 adults …. This villa is brilliant, lots of space on the inside and outside villa …. We all had a fantastic time , the pool area is soooo spacious and relaxing , the pool fantastic and so warm as it’s heated always …. had lots of fun on the pool table , cooked amazing foods , as the kitchen is a great size to prep food and the BBQ House was the best , just wished we’d have used it more , just not enough time to do it all everyday … 🤗😎fab size living space , Silvia was brilliant in communication before and during our stay … instant response if I had any questions on the area, restaurants etc… and Silvia’s husband was at hand keeping the garden and pool area immaculate during our stay … San Pedro is a lovely area , we just didn’t see all of it , so hope to be back soon for more family fun … also a short bus and taxi ride to Peurto Banus and Marbella , brilliant areas too … can’t wait to go back … thanks again Silvia to you and your husband xx we all had a fab time 💃🏌️‍♂️😎🥘👏👏🤗 Take care x

Yes, lovely villa very spacious, the pool was smaller than expected, the outside grounds nicely cared for. The interior furniture in need of replacing particularly the beds. Only air con in the lounge so the dining room and kitchen were too hot to eat in although both had good sized tables. We had a bit of a cockroach problem, which is normal I presume, but on having to pull out bedroom furniture to catch them revealed a couple of unpleasant finds, not just dust. The owners were very helpful, particularly with the baby needs and kindly left us some baby food and snacks. They also purchased a new mattress for the cot. This villa is perfectly adequate but could be fabulous with some updating. Outside furniture, such as nice rattan settee and comfy chairs would be great. We found the bare white plastic dining chairs hard to live with but a quick message to owners and seat pads were provided, very nice service and helped us with a wheelchair problem. I would recommend this villa it was much bigger than expected, don’t play hide and seek with the kids, you won’t find them 😂

First of all, Thank you for your comment! I believe that certain points need to be clarified: The furniture in the villa is Andalusian style, as shown in the photographs. In the kitchen, air conditioning is not recommended due to cooking odors. The living room and dinning are together. We regularly disinfect the villa to prevent ants, spiders, cockroaches and other insects. The pool chairs are made of plastic because customers can sit down after swimming in the pool.
