We hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad in dit luxe huis, prachtig aangelegde tuin en heerlijk zwembad. De omgeving is onze favoriet. Klein aandachtspuntje aan het huis is de matige uitrusting van de keuken. Maar dat wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de vriendelijke eigenares en de rest van het huis.

Heel erg bedankt voor jullie lieve bericht. Het doet ons echt plezier om te horen dat jullie twee fijne weken in het huis hebben gehad en hebben genoten van de tuin, het zwembad en de omgeving. Wat betreft de keuken: we hebben inderdaad gekozen voor een eenvoudige uitrusting, na enkele minder fijne ervaringen in het verleden waarbij materiaal beschadigd raakte. We proberen zo een goed evenwicht te bewaren tussen comfort en duurzaamheid, met toch alles wat nodig is om goed te kunnen koken. Nogmaals dank voor jullie begrip en vriendelijkheid — en wie weet, graag tot een volgende keer! Merci beaucoup pour votre gentil message, cela nous fait vraiment plaisir de savoir que vous avez passé deux belles semaines dans la maison et que vous avez apprécié le jardin, la piscine et la région. Concernant la cuisine, nous avons effectivement opté pour un équipement plutôt simple, suite à quelques mésaventures par le passé avec du matériel abîmé. C’est un choix pour préserver la qualité sur le long terme, tout en gardant l’essentiel pour cuisiner confortablement. Strände zum baden und surfen

Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Sehr ordentlich eingerichtet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Man muss aber alle Basics kaufen (Handtücher, Salz, Öl usw.. ln Richtug Süden leider oft Stau. Ich würde aber alles nochmal so buchen.

wunderbarer Urlaub

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Wir waren mit 2 Familien für 14 Tage in dem sehr schönen Haus. Ruhig gelegen und die Gegend perfekt fürs Rad fahren. Haben lecker gegessen am Hafen und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Herzlicher Empfang von Karine. Immer ansprechbar vor und während des Urlaubs. Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte unserer Meinung nach ein Schrank sowie Ablagen in jedem Zimmer. Auflagen für die Liegen draußen wären auch sehr schön gewesen. Fazit. Schönes Haus und den Pool haben wir alle sehr genossen. Kommen sicher mal wieder ins schöne Arès. Danke Karine

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in toller Location

Wir hatten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern zwei wundervolle Wochen in perfekter Umgebung. Die ruhige Lage und der schöne Pool im Garten waren top! Aufgrund der Waldbrand Gefahr konnten wir nicht grillen, und die Küchen Ausstattung war für den Preis etwas minimalistisch. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen und würden vor allem wegen der guten Lage wieder kommen.

Une propriété très jolie, propre, conforme à la description sur le site. La maison est bien placée pour visiter la région, un emplacement idéal. Très bien accueilli par les propriétaires qui sont très disponibles et serviables, je vous conseille fortement ce bien.

Magnifique séjour dans une très belle villa avec piscine idéalement située

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette magnifique villa! Madame Ferran nous a réservé un très bon accueil avec une agréable surprise. Nous avons reçu tous les conseils pour passer un très bon séjour. Les 3 sdb et 2 toilettes sont très pratiques. Et il y a un agréable coin détente dans le jardin. Les vélos sont indispensables pour circuler sur les multiples pistes cyclables qui se trouvent à proximité de la maison. Un magasin Leclerc se trouve à qqs km, une boulangerie et un Carrefour Contact à 3 min à vélo. Nous conseillons donc vivement cette villa.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette très belle villa. La maison est spacieuse et était très propre lors de notre arrivée. La propriétaire était très à l'écoute pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui était très agréable. Nous recommandons cette villa!

Sehr angehnemes Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus

Wir haben mit Freunden das Haus gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist neu, modern und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Der Garten ist ebenfalls schön angelegt. Das Pool mit Salzwasser hat allen Spaß gemacht. Es ist mit einem Alarmsystem ausgerüstet (für die, die das brauchen). Das Haus hat ein großes Wohn-Essbereich und 4 Schalfzimmern. Wenn man wie wir mit Kindern reist, sollte man darauf achten, dass diese sich ein Bett teilen müssen, da es keine Einzelbetten (90) gibt sondern -wie üblich in Frankreich -"Doppelbette" 160. Es hat bei uns aber gut geklappt. Die Küche ist mit sehr guten Geräte ausgerüstet, unter anderem mit einem amerikanischen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender. Die Lage ist gut: man ist in 10 Min. mit dem Auto am Strand (am Bassin oder an die Plage du grand Crohot) und man kann von Ares wunderbar das Bassin erkunden. Die Eigentümerin ist freudlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfekter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Sehr schöne, moderne und geräumige Ferienvilla in ruhiger Gegend. Buchung, Empfang und die gesamte Abwicklung vor Ort waren sehr angenehm. Unsere Freunde und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt - besonders der Pool und die Grill-Ecke wurden ausgiebig genutzt. Ein Sonnenschirm o.ä. im Poolbereich wäre toll gewesen, hat uns aber nicht gefehlt, da es während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht so heiß war.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit...

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. Die Texte und Bilder beschreiben das Objekt sehr gut, es gibt reichlich Platz für 8 Personen. Haus, Einrichtung und Garten waren in gutem Zustand, die Kinder liebten den Pool. Der Kontakt mit Frau Ferrane war sehr angenehm, sowohl für Fragen vor der Ankunft, als auch beim Check-In und während des Aufenthaltes. Alles hat sehr unkompliziert geklappt und wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Nach dem Corona-Lockdown in Arès

Mit etwas gemischten Gefühlen ging es Mitte Juni für 2 Wochen in das Ferienhaus von Frau Ferran. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Haus präsentierte sich in einem guten Zustand. Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind gut dimensioniert. Der Internet-Zugang hat eine ausreichende Kapazität. Kurz gesagt, dass Haus hatte uns sehr gefallen. Der nahe Atlantikstrand ist toll! Austern gibt es überall. Wir würden wiederkommen! Kk

Un séjour magnifique dans une superbe villa

La maison est très belle et fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la qualité des prestations, le coin chambres pour les enfants et à l'opposé la chambre parentale. La maison dispose de trois sdb ce qui est fort appréciable. L'espace extérieur et la piscine sont aussi très agréables. Le quartier est calme en bordure de forêt et non loin du centre et de ces petits commerces. Enfin les propriétaires ont été extrêmement charmants et nous reviendront avec plaisir dans cette maison.

Le lieu est très apaisant et calme , le coin zen et la forêt adjacente apporte le côté vert complémentaire à la modernité et la maison. Un lieu idéal pour se reposer ou rayonner dans le bassin pour les visites.
