This is a good sized villa, only 2 minutes from the sea. Between the roof terrace and pool area, you can be in sunshine all day.

Lovely villa in a good location, however would recommend a car for ease. The villa itself is good for groups, 1 bedroom is downstairs with its own shower and the other 3 are on the first floor. Has everything you need however could benefit from the bathrooms being updated to make it even better.

Great location

The property was spacious and well equippedA christmas break so was cosy and central heating was a bonus. Lovely boardwalk along beach 2 minutes away. Probably need a car however a great bus service 10inutes walk on main road

Had a great week with the family here, good location and everything you would need is to hand. We had some small issues which were dealt with quickly, maybe needs a quick refresh but great coverall.

Ticked all the boxes

Property is big, plenty of space but could do with a refresh. Nice pool/outside area/roof terrace. Bedrooms were all nice and roomy and facilities all round were good. The area is very quiet with very little locally so a car is necessary though the bus service is good as are the local taxi firms (taxi is 15 to the harbour). Two minutes walk to the sea, ten minute drive to Paphos harbour. Lots to see and do in the local area and beyond. Coral bay is worth a visit if you like a swim in the sea. The property manager was very quick to respond to a small issue we had so all in all an excellent stay.

Great contact with host from reservation till check out and even after. The villa is renewed, spacious and comfortable. We have used a rented car so the location was ok for us, anyway just 2 minutes walk from beach.Roof tarrace just blown our mindes. Beds were comfy, kitchen fully equipped. Internet and tv

A beautiful house in great surroundings

Amazing location in Cyprus where you can swim in the ocean with crystalclear water and go home to swim in the pool. You can Watch the sunrise and sundown over the ocean on the terrass on top of the house. Very serviceminded manager that helped us feel very taken care of before and under the stay.

Lovely villa in a great location. Recommend car though as about 5 minute drive to nearest supermarket (Lidl) Villa is 10 minute drive to Paphos harbour. The property manager Yvonne is very helpful burg prior & during the holiday .

We loved the villa and the facilities. We did not hire a car and found the only disappointing aspect was that there were no bars or restaurants within walking distance to the property

Great family villa

Well located, tidy villa close to paphos and a short walk to some great snorkeling spots Host was very helpful with information and directions. The stairs are steep for very young kids or older family members but they provide stair gates. The roof top terrace has gorgeous views and your not really over looked I would happily return to this villa

Family time together in the sun

The property is well positioned almost next to the coastal walk way (great for morning runners!). Very spacious, well equipped, good bbq and a deep pool. However, parts of the property are very tired. Bathrooms need upgrading, cupboard doors need replacing and the pool area needs a good paint and tidy up. Bedding that is stored in the cupboards should be in sealed bags as they add to the musty smell. The bedroom on the bottom floor has no furniture. Cockroaches were starting to appear as the weather got warmer, so not sure the property had had the correct pest control laid. We did enjoy our stay here and if they upgraded we would definitely stay again.

Recent Holiday

The location of the villa and the communication with the host was great. We would recommend hiring a car so that you can get to and from the airport and local places easily. Pool area was smaller than expected. Not much room to walk round the pool and some of the cushions were grubby. Areas looked a little tired and in need of some TLC. Quite a strong drainage smell in the bathroom at times.

Beautiful and nice villa

We spent a week in the villa as a group. the pool was our highlight. There is the possibility to grill or spend time on the roof terrace. the rooms offer enough space. you can see the sea from the villa, which creates a good mood. the check in and out as well as the communication were excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the furnishings, as they were already getting old. The electrical appliances are new and flawless. we can only recommend this villa!

The villa was posted as "New! Luxury 8 bed villa with magnificent roof terrace....." This i assumed meant it was either new to Vrbo, or physically a new building and as such would be like the pictures included in the listing. However, disappointingly, it was really very tired and old both inside and out. It was dusty and most of the doors and all of the shutters were not useable. The bathrooms were tatty and there were no mirrors in two of the 3 upstairs bedrooms. There were no longer wall lights but the brackets were still on the wall. The ensuite had mold in the corners of the shower, the washbasin was badly discoloured and most of the hooks were broken. It all just needs a bit of attention and not to be listed as 'luxury' and charged as such. We had a great holiday and the beds were very comfy, but I do not feel the state of the villa was appropriate for the amount of money we paid for it. I really would have thought that someone from Vrbo would have checked the property before listing it and saying it was 'new' and 'luxury'. We paid too much for this property and I would appreciate recompense from vrbo for mis-selling and not checking the state of the property before listing it. I look forward to your reply.

The photographs on your website do not accurately portray the property! Both the owners & yourselves have to rake responsibility for this! It is tired & in need of an upgrade & refurbishment. The standard of cleaning not good. Had to put all crockery, cutlery & glassware through dishwasher before using. Bedlinen & towels not of good quality & not enough of them. 2 tea towels for 6 adults for 2 weeks totally inadequate!!! No plug for kitchen sink which made washing anything by hand involved a lot of water! Not acceptable to have 'blown' seams on cupboard doors. Pool water turned swimming shorts & bikinis yellow! Flat roof space was spoilt by bird poo which had been 'hosed' into the corners & left . These things were such a shame as the location of the villa & sea views were great. It was also let down by the streets around the villa which were scruffy & untidy with food waste left on pavements & rubbish bags mounting up!I have to say that these things listed here, left us feeling disappointed & let down on our family " get together " .

Stunning Home from Home

This extremely well-appointed villa put a smile on each of our faces from the second we turned the key to the moment we grudgingly left a week later. The pool area is quiet as there are no neighbours overlooking it and is big enough to swim properly in. The house itself is compartmentalised really cleverly so that everyone has space to chill, yet it is still very homely. The kitchen has been kitted-out to a good level and contained a lovely welcome-pack which meant we didn’t have to go shopping straight away. The air-con was a blessing at night and the sunrise on the roof-terrace was other-earthly. Overall, there can be no better testament than the fact that we will be looking to return. (Stayed end of July 18, family of 4 with children aged 17 and 14, own hire car recommended)

We've had amazing time in the villa. It is equipped with everything we needed. Pool was amazing and roof terrace is great for watching sunset. I cannot think of any negatives. There are couple of small beaches not far from the villa if you like a dip in the sea. I would recommend the beach to the left of the coast path ( in from of king evelthon hotel). It's better if you have water shoes as access to water is mostly through pebbles. There is not much nearby, for big food shopping we went to Lidl which is about 10 mins by car. However there is a little shop by Akti beach hotel - about 5 min walk. You can get all your essentials from there. Taxi to Paphos town cost around €28 return. There are regular buses too (€1.50), however bus stop is around 10/15 mins walk away.

The host was lovely and very accommodating - they put in a cot and stairgates for my niece with no trouble which was super helpful. They were also very responsive if we had questions and solved everything very quickly. The villa was nice but a little run down - could do with a spruce up. The main bedroom and living room areas had obviously not long been done and they were lovely! The pool was great but had a lot of chemicals in.The location was great right on the beach / promenade, although you need a car or taxi to get to the nearest restaurants or a 45-60 minute walk. There is a rooftop which we loved as the view was beautiful and the sunset was incredible! Would recommend as a place to stay with family - we enjoyed!

Super emplacement et quelques éléments à améliorer

Le positif : super emplacement, chambres spacieuses ( un petit moins pour celle en sous-sol) avec une bonne literie, le barbecue et la piscine.Les moins : le manque de vaisselle, de plats et de saladiers ( nous étions 4 et c’était tout juste pour nous, alors que prévu pour 8). Notez que pas de sac poubelle en réserve, pas de lessive pour la machine et seulement 3 doses pour le lave-vaisselle.Éclairage sous l’abri de jardin non fonctionnel et coussins en mauvais état (déchiré pour un et pas très propres pour certains)
