Please - no Saturday to Saturday bookings. Friday to Friday and Sunday to Sunday is okay, as is any other day but Saturday. Thank you. In January each year, I temporarily add a long 5 night minimum stay requirement from May-August for summer vacation renters, so longer term vacation renters have first shot when planning trips well in advance. I reduce it in March. Depending on the time of year, I offer 2, 3, or 4 night minimums. And you can always ask.
Helpful VRBO tip: Always book with your cell phone number in your VRBO profile so owners/property managers can text you when the condo is ready, or when any other notable things might pop up. That way they don't have to bug you with a phone call while you're trying to enjoy your vacation.
Fully remodeled 2 bed/2 bath condo at Parkside Place Condominiums overlooking the Grand Glaize Bridge. We are located in a quiet complex, just 5 minutes from the outlet mall, restaurants, grocery store, gas, and family fun activities. Located directly on the water at the 19 mile marker on the main lake (.5 mm just inside the Glaize Arm). The location of this condo is perfect. It is in the heart of Osage Beach for shopping, dining, fun for kids, and golf. Good cell phone service and Spectrum basic cable TV and fast 400 Mbps internet access as well. We also have ROKU built in to the main TV where you can access Netflix and other movie channels.
You are also very close to waterfront restaurants and bars such as Dog Days, Redhead Yacht Club, Shorty Pants, and newly remodeled Backwater Jacks. All accessible by land or water.
There is NO TRAILER PARKING at the complex, however, the state park at PB2 allows trailer parking there. It is free for the first 2 days, and around $ 7 for 5 days and boat launch. I have never had a problem there, or heard of any, but I would lock the trailer anyway, if it were me.
55" inch 2018 4K Ultra flat screen TV with built-in Roku in living room, and 32" 1080P TV's in each bedroom. WiFi, and cable are included. Parking is free, as well.
The kitchen is "fully equipped" with stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets, coffee pot, coffee, coffee filters, tea, sweetener, creamer, toaster, crock pot, blender, cork screw, bottle opener, wine glasses, cookware, cheese slicer, cheese tray, utensils and dishes. The covered patio has a table & chairs, bar stools, gas grill, and a fan. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. All towels, and linens are included, and are very nice. The unit has a washer & dryer and an iron and ironing board, and blow dryers in each bathroom.
Plush king bed in master, and nice comfy queen bed in bedroom 2, with a pull out couch with a cool-gel memory foam mattress that sleeps two in the living room. There is also a self-filling twin airbed under the master bed just in case.
The unit is located in building A, the building furthest to the south in the complex (on the left as you drive in), and near the elevator. There are 7 steps from the elevator down to the condo, and 6 steps off the lakeside patio to walk to the pool or main docks, both just a few feet away from the unit.
10x30 & 12x30 boat slips available for $20 per night. Fishing off of the docks is allowed and there are fish cleaning stations at the end of docks A and B, with running lake water.

***A $75 cleaning fee will be charged.*** ***We have eliminated the Refundable Damage Deposit of $300. Now, if there is damage, it is reported to VRBO where owners can make a claim that could be charged to you. I have never had to make a claim to date.

This property was great. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was fully equipped. Also, we could fish from the wharf (catch and release). We did not feel like cleaning the fish. The view was simply beautiful with the bridge adding to the charm. Our host was wonderful. He answered our questions very fast.
We had a great time. Everything with the condo was perfect. You can tell the personal touches in the decor. Mick was very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely book again!

Your condo was a home away from home- fully loaded! Beautiful view of the lake from the deck and master bedroom. Thankful that your place is only 20 minutes away from my baby sister’s lake house in Lake Ozark. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you Mick!

The best rental we’ve ever stayed in! Stocked with nice towels, toilet paper and everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Location is right by shopping dining and anything else you want.Deer right outside our condo balcony within feet of us. Great place!! Wish I could give it 6 stars!!

We purchased this updated condo in May 2016. We are excited to share our lake home with you! We live in Bethalto, Illinois, and love coming to the lake for the fantastic boating and lakefront restaurants here. Susan loves the shopping, and we couldn't be much closer to it, and everything else. I like to golf, and the place is close to much of the golf the area has to offer, which is a lot. We have been constantly improving the condo since we bought it, even though it was great when we purchased it. We couldn't be happier, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Location is everything, and this one is close to most everything. We 3 to 5 minutes from in the main business district of the lake! The elevator, along with being able to walk off the back deck to the dock and pool make this a very rare opportunity for guests at the lake. There aren't a lot of places at the lake that are flat, or have few stairs. This condo unit offers that for us and our guests. And it is one of only four condos in the entire complex where you can walk off of the back deck to access the pool and dock!!
What makes this property unique
We are 5 minutes from the outlet mall and other great shopping. Dierberg's grocery is within 5 minutes as well, as is gas, snacks, beer, ice and pizza at Casey's. There is an elevator down to the 1st floor, then 7 stairs down to our unit. Off our lakeside deck, there are 6 stairs down to the lakeside sidewalk, where you can walk 3 doors down to the pool. Our dock is directly in front of our unit. There is a gas dock right around the corner in the cove next to the complex that offers pump-outs, fuel, beer, ice, snacks, soda, etc, as well. We have 4 docks you can fish from with fish cleaning stations and lake water pumps on each. The nearly 2 mile stretch is no wake during the weekends from 10am to dusk, between Memorial Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, and we are in the middle. You can watch the many boats heading to and from the party cove and the state park rec area. We also have more kitchen items available for your use than at any other vacation rental we have ever visited! Why? Because we use it too, and want you to feel at home here, just as we do!
