Villa Dreams was inaugurated in July of 2 018. It is an independent, spacious, totally exterior villa, with luminous rooms for the enjoyment and comfort of the guests on one floor (also with a large extra solarium on the roof which is accessed by wide stairs), with private heated pool ( high capacity and high quality automated heat pump) and shaded area under the porch or in the sun in the hammocks around the private heated pool.
The new quality construction, together with the improvement works carried out (such as the additional toilet, the reading room, the covered porch, the closed and furnished solarium and the exterior lighting system), the large barbecue, the beautiful and practical furniture , accessories and details of high quality kitchenware, etc, create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that will make you enjoy your stay even more.

Complete weekly cleaning of the interior and exterior of the villa, as well as twice a week of the pool.
Drinking water purification system of high quality. It is not necessary to buy bottled water.
All the towels are provided (those of personal hygiene, those of the swimming pool and others for the beach).

DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOUSE:
ENTRANCE - HALL:
It has a large lobby, which connects the night area (bedrooms) with the day area (kitchen and living room) and with a beautiful view to the reading / relax room and pool.
There are 3 BEDROOMS, all with double quality glass windows, mosquito nets and aluminum shutters:
Bedroom 1.- The main one is independent of the other two, with South orientation and overlooking the pool, spacious, with double bed, double built-in wardrobe, 42 'television, DVD and satellite channels system Astra and box security.
BATHROOM OF THE BEDROOM 1.- It has its own bathroom composed of toilet, sink, bidet and large shower with screen and safety railing. Light on ceiling and mirror. There are gel and hand soap dispensers, swabs, paper handkerchiefs and cottons for the face.
Bedroom 2 and 3.- Separated from the day area by a small hallway we find a bathroom and these two bedrooms. Both have two single beds, wardrobes, bedside table with light and control from the beds of the silent ceiling fan.
BATHROOM OF THE BEDROOMS 2 AND 3 .- The two bedrooms share a large bathroom consisting of toilet, sink and shower with screen and safety rail. Light on ceiling and mirror. There are gel and hand soap dispensers, swabs, paper handkerchiefs and cottons for the face.
LIVING ROOM .-
From the hall we go to the living room, with a high, sloping roof, which in turn connects the reading room and the front with the porch roofed with tiles and the pool.
The dining room has ample capacity for guests.
The living room is very well decorated and has air conditioning with remote control.
There is a cheslong sofa very comfortable that extends at the feet to relax and storage area for blankets.
It has a low coffee table and two comfortable armchairs for the gathering.
The television is 55 'and has internet access, Wi-Fi, decoder of original English channels, Astra satellite channels and DVD and music equipment. There are some DVDs at your disposal.
READING-RELAXATION ROOM:
Possibly, the most beautiful and cozy corner of the house!
From the living room we have access to this beautiful reading or relaxing room, where we find two large reading chairs with footrests. We have interesting books in English and some board games for children and for the whole family, such as parchis, letters, Canarian scrabble, etc.
It is a cozy, quiet room, with lots of natural light and good lighting during the day and night, with access to the outside relaxation area and to the pool or lounge.
KITCHEN:
Wide and bright kitchen, with great storage capacity. It is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, filtration system for drinking water and high quality accessories such as 2 different capacity coffee makers, toaster, juicer, blender, kettle, electric grilling plate, etc.
Complete equipment of utensils and utensils to cook comfortably, like at home.
The kitchen communicates with the hall, with the solarium and with the exterior rear patio.
SOLANA ROOF AND CLOSED:
It is reached from the kitchen and also has access to the outside of the house with security doors.
Furnished with storage for cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, iron, special household items for the outside (melamine and non-glass, for safety to avoid accidents or cuts in the pool area and barbecue). It has a washing machine of last generation and a useful sink with cold and hot water.
There is a portable drying rack that can be taken outside or left inside the solarium if preferred (there are two other fixed clotheslines outside).
There is an extinguisher, which is also visible from the kitchen.

EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA:
The exterior has a wide range of different spaces:
TABLE DINING ROOM: In the shade of the porch, leaving the living room, we have another dining table for 6 people.
RELAX CHAIRS: At the exit of the reading room, we have a set of very comfortable low chairs with a table that form a good atmosphere of relaxation.
BARBECUE: Next to the outdoor dining table is the barbecue with electric iron and all the tools and accessories to enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner.
The barbecue has a sink installed, as well as plugs and lights, which facilitates its use at any time.
AIR-CONDITIONED POOL: The pool has a heat pump unit that is programmed automatically to heat the water and keep it at optimum temperature. It is advisable to cover the pool with the cover when not in use, especially at night, when the room temperature drops the most.
The pool has a safety railing in the center of the steps, in addition to a metal staircase at the other end to facilitate and ensure the entry and exit of people.
There is a life preserver and a small sign with the safety instructions that are required. The maximum height of the pool is 1.60 m.
POOL AREA:
There are 2 large umbrellas and 7 sunbeds, in addition to the 2 Balinese sunbeds and an outdoor shower.
At night, you can enjoy the multiple lighting options that we have installed and that will create different environments to your liking.
EXTERIOR TOILET:
There is a toilet with sink and toilet on the side of the villa, which is very comfortable and useful when you are in the pool area or do not want to enter the house. In it there is installed a small medicine cabinet. It has cold and hot water and double light on the ceiling and the mirror.
TERRACE- SOLARIUM:
Through a comfortable staircase you access the terrace on the top floor, where you will find two Balinese beds, which allow a multitude of possible configuration options, with its matching coffee table. From here you can enjoy the views towards the pool, the golf course and the beach.
BACK PATIO:
In the rear area of ​​the house there are large spaces for children to play within sight of their parents from the kitchen, with access from the kitchen itself.
HOUSE PERIMETER:
You can go around the house and enjoy the different environments.
For your comfort at night the solar lights with motion sensor will turn on, which always guarantees you a complete view of the surroundings.
SECURITY:
UNIQUE LOCK: Although it is a very quiet area, Villa Dreams has all the accesses with security locks, being the windows and double glazed security doors.
Likewise, and to facilitate its use, we have a single key to open all the doors of the house, except the storage room that is for private use.
ALARM: We have a remote control alarm.
