"Lachea Seaview Penthouse" er en smuk lejlighed på anden sal med udsigt over havet uden elevator til en nyligt renoveret gammel bygning beliggende i hjertet af kystbyen Acitrezza.

Møbleret med opmærksomhed på detaljer og et fint øje til design, består lejligheden af en stor og lys stue / spisestue fuldt udstyret, et soveværelse med åben vindue med havudsigt, walk-in closet og komplet badeværelse med eget badeværelse med bruser, to soveværelser med fransk madras, et andet komplet badeværelse med bruser, et andet walk-in closet og et fuldt udstyret køkken. Afslutter lejligheden en intern balkon og et praktisk opbevaringsrum.
Lejlighedens højdepunkt er den dejlige terrasse (fuldt møbleret med lysthus, bord, stole, liggestole og liggestole), hvorfra du kan nyde en betagende udsigt over havet, stablerne og den charmerende Isola Lachea. I cannot even put into words how beautiful and perfect this home was. It was huge!!! Huge living room, the bedrooms were large and spacious. The home was so very comfortable and welcoming!! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were large and beautiful. The beds extremely comfortable. The balcony and view were simply breathtaking. We sat outside on the very large balcony/patio and soaked in all of the beauty. We were right across the street from a little market and below the apartment was a wonderful cafe we ate breakfast in every morning. Our host met us at the property and was so wonderful he helped my husband. He was so very kind and explained the property to us. We could not have been happier. My children want to return to that exact property next year. The entire process from start to finish was perfect. We could not be more grateful to Daniela and her husband.

Penthouse perfection with a view

Daniela and Gaetano are gracious and attentive hosts. The penthouse apartment has an incredible view of the sea and cyclops rocks formation. It is literally above the best café in town that has the best gelato and is in walking distance to all of the great restaurants. The beds are comfortable in the three bedrooms and the bathrooms are spacious with good water pressure in the shower. Parking is relatively easy during the less busy week, just use the parking app to pay the street parking fee. We will definitely return to this beautiful penthouse department when we come back.

Great place to stay in Acitrezza

This is a great place in a great location. Located right above a bar to get coffee, granita, ice cream etc. the apartment had an awesome balcony overlooking the sea and marina.

Amazing Sicily Property!!!

We loved the location, the size of the property and the warmth of the hist family. They went above and beyond to welcome us to Sicily and orientate us to this lively fishing village. Easy to walk around with many chkicws of wxcellent cafes and restaurants.

Amazing location and views.

Daniellas property was wonderful. All the facilities you need. Very clean and comfortable. Great location right in the centre of town. Gaetano was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us. We would definitely recommend this property. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Winter in Aci Trezza

We have been in Lachea apartment in February. Everything was perfect: nice owners, perfect few, nice bar just downstairs, a really nice bakery and a nice shop just in 1 minute distance. Sicily at its best

Wonderful stay

Our family had a great 4 nights stay at Daniela & Gaetano's wonderful apartment. The apartment has fabulous views from the large private terrace across to the harbour, sea, and Cyclopean Isles. The apartment is well equipped for a family and Aci Trezza provides an excellent array of restaurants/cafes as well as being a great base to explore the east side of the island. Daniela & Gaetano were wonderful hosts who always replied promptly to any queries we had.

Great Location, beautiful views

Enjoyed our stay at this nice fishing village . Did day trips & took a harbor boat cruise that allowed us to have a swim in the ionian sea . So many great restaurants, we didnt get a chance to try them all . Great cafe below the apt, for coffee, sweets & light meals .The master in the apt was amazing with great walk in closet & ensuite . The other 2 bedroom s were small with limited closet space so for 2 couples it wasnt great but for a couple with 2 it would be fine .

Fantastic stay

Daniela and Gaetano were stellar hosts. Their property was breathtaking, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Gorgeous views, close to an amazing cafe and cute Salumeria, lots of restaurants within walking distance and close to the water. They helped us lug our heavy suitcases up to the apartment, helped us find parking and gave us a bottle of wine at check in. The apartment was stocked with everything our family needed. We took day trips to Catania and Taormina. The rocks in Acitrezza were a little uncomfortable for our young kids but we drove to sandy beaches in Catania for beach days. All in all, this was a 5 star stay for us.

Fabulous apartment with a wonderful view

Can’t put into words how wonderful the apartment is and have great the owners are. Fantastic apartment which is wonderfully equipped. Best ever we have stayed in. So comfortable. And the terrace and the view were to die for. Spent days seeing sites like Mount Etna and coming back and chilling. It’s close to a fab supermarket and restaurants. Highly recommend

Great accommodation and host, highly recommended

Spacious penthouse apartment with amazing large terrace looking over port and sea , situated in lively street of small village. Fully equipped modern house and from here you can easily explore the east coast or have a chilled time in this lovely village. The host is minding her guest into perfection. You can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, vegetable and fruit shop across the road and a parking garage nearby (5 euro / 24h). We had a great 2 weeks holiday and can highly recommend this place.

Our stay at this beautiful penthouse overlooking the sea was the best VRBO ever. Nowhere have we seen such a beautiful property, so well cared for or so beautifully designed. Schöne Zeit

Hello Daniela and Guido, we had a wonderful holiday in Aci Trezza. The apartment was in the best location and the view from the large balcony terrace was amazing! Guido's service deserves a special mention! When we arrived he carried all the suitcases to the second floor. The broken coffee machine was replaced the very next day. He organized a rental car for us at a sensational rate that we would never have gotten as tourists! He was always available for us. We could communicate well in English! Many thanks Daniela and Guido. We were in Sicily in May and visited Taormina, Siracusa and Noto by car and loved it. Catania is not recommended from our point of view! Wonderful in every way!

We rented this beautiful apartment for 3 weeks. It completely exceeded our expectations. Upon on arrival (late at night due to flight delays) Carla and Guido were there to meet us and Guido kindly brought our very heavy bags up the stairs. He also assisted us and took my husband to the parking lot, just a block away. The apartment had large rooms and was well lit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large and there was plenty of closet space. One must see the large deck to appreciate the view and surrounding beauty. The apartment was stocked with every item we would need while we were there. The neighborhood had more restaurants and cafes then we had time to experience. It was a 5 minute walk to any of them. Carla was at our beck and call, answering our questions and providing suggestions on where to shop and places to go. It was, by far, the nicest VRBO we had stayed in. Thank you, again, for an amazing stay in Aci Trezza! Nancy and Bill

Lovely!

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos - the view and the sunrise are stunning! Beds are comfortable and showers were excellent. We did not have a car and asked the owner for suggestions for transportation. We were fortunate that her son (Guido) was available to transport us anywhere that we wanted to go during our stay. He ended up being one of the best parts of our vacation so I highly recommend him if he is available and if you need a driver/guide. The area of this place is outside of Catania city center but within driving for many other wonderful places (Mt. Etna, Siracusa, Taormina, etc) However, I loved just staying in the area especially sitting in a cafe where one can just immerse themselves (and appreciate) the Italian culture. I would love to come again and just spend a week of rest and relaxation at the apartment. I could spend every morning having coffee and pastry in the cafe downstairs, dining in any of the many restaurants in the area and reading and sun bathing on the deck. If I want excitement, then I could go into any of the area cities. Thank you Guido for taking me to my father's home in Linguaglossa and to everywhere else!

As beautiful as the pictures

The view of the sea and harbor from the balcony is spectacular. The balcony is massive (if you practice yoga, bring your mat!), and there is an overhang that provides shade throughout the day after the early morning. The living room/dining area and master bedroom all have this beautiful view, with glass walls and doors. It was very hard to leave to go do our tourist things (Mt. Etna, Siracusa, Taormina-you get the picture), which were all easily accessible to Aci Castello by car. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The master has a large closet and ensuite modern bathroom, and of course the view!! Blackout curtains did help in the morning to let us sleep later. The two back bedrooms were comfortable, one had a small window, the other was without one. But I was told both were just fine. They shared the bathroom in the common area, which also was modern, clean and a good size.The kitchen was fully equipped, and even had the coffee pods for us to use. We didn't cook, just heated up a few things, but if you wanted to cook it would be easy there. There were a lot of restaurants and cafes very close by, so no need to get into your car. You can walk along the waterfront for a long distance as well. I was so grateful that they left cleaning supplies, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, sponges etc. just so we didn't have to purchase those things. Oh, there is a small market right across the street, open in the morning and reopens at around 5:30 pm, where we bought essentials and lovely prosciutto and salami. And right downstairs is a café, for coffee, drinks, gelato, sandwiches, snacks, desserts and they are so very nice, and seem to be open very long hours. Same customers are there most days hanging out and chatting. We drove from Palermo, which much of the way was scenic. We let the owners know approximately when we expected to arrive, and we were welcomed by them. They helped us with our suitcases up the stairs (2 flights), and they had champagne, Italian cookies, fruit, fig jam, bottles of water and coke waiting for us. They were lovely and helpful. They arranged a parking garage for us down the street, and answered our questions-even checked in with us during our stay. When we left, which was hard to do, they met us at the apartment and again helped us with the luggage. I would definitely recommend a stay here, I hope I will have the chance to return.

Es war ein super toller Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Die große Dachterrasse ist wunderbar zum faulenzen und genießen. Liegestühle, Tisch… alles vorhanden.

Zu empfehlen

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen von Aci Trezza. Über einem Café gelegen, von dem man aber nicht gestört wurde. Wer authentisches sizilianisches Leben kennenlernen möchte, ist hier richtig.

gute Lage - einfache Kommunikation - einfacher Standard

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top - wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Hafen. Auch die Übergabe und Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Die Beschreibung und Fotos der Wohnung sind nicht mehr dem jetzigen Standard entsprechend, die Möbel sind alt und die Wohnung hat teilweise Schimmelstellen, auch war es nicht überall sauber. Im Grossen Ganzen ist die Wohnung sehr cool, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverjältnis nicht mehr.

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location in Acitrezza. Great views from the very large balcony. Nice kitchen and baths. It’s also great to be above the bar for a quick breakfast and coffee.

A great place ...

...in a great location. Apartment was big and clean, with everything you need for a relaxing stay in a wonderful, and lively, fishing village. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a visit, but you may need to accept parking (and Sicilian driving) can be a tad difficult at times :-)
