Apartment 3 - Beautiful 1 bedroom, luxury apartment close to town centre.
Contemporary, purpose built, one bedroom apartment.
The apartment has been lovingly developed & decorated to offer a welcoming, bright & airy space, ideal for long or short term stays offering:
- semi open plan lounge with TV, free wifi, dining table for 6 and comfy couches
- fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer and fridge freezer
- king size bedroom with leather sleigh bed & fitted wardrobes
- bathroom with shower, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, fluffy towels and bathrobes
Being used to staying in hotels for days and often weeks at a time I designed my apartment to be less constrictive with all your home comforts and ample space to allow you to relax and enjoy your visit.
My apartment is comfortable, bright and modern and is a place I hope you will enjoy staying in. It is on the first floor with a single flight of stairs for access.
The apartment is set just 200 yards from Darlington Train Station and only 100m from the theatre and town centre which gives access to numerous bars, restaurants and a new cinema complex.
I have tried to anticipate travellers needs and ensured the apartment offers a wealth of features to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible
The hallway has ample storage and leads to a bright newly installed kitchen with built in oven and hob, washer dryer , fridge freezer and plenty storage cupboards filled with all the usual cutlery, crockery, tableware, glassware and bakeware you would expect in your own home. In addition we provide, welcome tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as well as washing powder and fabric softener

Leading off the kitchen you will find the homely lounge with comfy sofa and cuddler chair with a dining table that can seat 6 and can also be used as a desk. There is a large TV, free fast wifi and radio with USB plugs for your convenience.
The bedroom has a large king size sleigh bed with a choice of feather or hollowfibre duvet and pillows. We provide all bed linen, bathrobes and slippers. There is also a large built in wardrobe with full length mirror and hairdryer.
The bathroom is modern and has a full length bath with shower over and white suite. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided along with essentials such as soap and toilet roll. Towels are provided including large fluffy bath sheets. Further towels can be provided upon request
Cleaning is provided with your agreement for stays of over 5 days and bedding and towels etc are changed at least weekly during longer stays.
I have four other apartments in my purpose built building and these can be combined for larger groups to sleep up to 16

In 2009 we opened our beautiful new building on the fringes of Darlington town centre, literally steps from the train station and theatre and with great transport and local amenities. Having purpose built our building over three floors to match local architecture, we recently looked to develop the huge empty spaces upstairs that we had created!
Using Dave's building expertise and Juz & Jane's artistic flair and penchant for comfortable, luxurious living we have created six beautiful, individual apartments each with their own character and charm.
We hope that we have thought of everything to make a stay with us comfortable and relaxing - whatever the purpose fo your visit.

Why they chose this property
Darlington is a busy, friendly town and is ideally located for visiting the north of England. We have a mainline station with a usual 30 minute service to London, York and Edinburgh. You can be in the lake district within 60 minutes and the coast of Redcar within 45. Closer to home there are the historic market towns of Richmond, Barnard Castle, Yarm and Northallerton (with its famous Betty's tea rooms) through which to wander and browse.
Darlington's theatre has just undergone a multi illion pound makeover to create the most wonderful theatre and childrens theatre complex complete with bar and restaurant.
In town the new Feethams development offers a cinema and great leisure and dining opportunities including several large chains such as Bella Italia and Nando's. However there is a thriving independent selection of shops, bars and restaurants that far better showcase Darlington's own character - these include bars such as Vesuvio's, 22's, The Imperial, and Genever and restuarnats such as Eastern Bamboo, Red Hot Indian Grill, Rare and Stable Hearth.
