We were already familiar with this property because we stayed here six years ago. Just like back then, we were once again pleasantly impressed by the warm welcome and the great kindness of the owner. The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped with additional comforts. It is centrally located and well served by public transport. Both the historic center and the city center are easily reachable on foot. The area where the apartment is located is fairly quiet, with limited car traffic. We highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Place was exactly what we need for 2 weeks. Larger than even the pics and the outdoor space was amazing!

We enjoyed our time in Palermo. The apartment was perfect. Everything was up to date. It was great to have the use of the washer and dryer as we have another two weeks of travel left. Luis was a very good host. He texted us each day to see if we needed anything. Would gladly stay there again.

I chose this apartment based on the beautiful interiors and its close proximity to the town center, along with parking. If you're arriving by car it's a little difficult to find the narrow street entrance due to one way traffic all around this area. Study your maps ahead of time and be sure to have a reliable GPS on your phone or in your car. The owners were very attentive and helpful and we appreciated the easy walk into the center of town. The apartment itself is beautifully done, with exposed beams and stone. Plenty of supplies to meet your everyday needs. We especially appreciated the laundry facilities on site.

While this apartment is penthouse on the 55th floor, please know there is no lift so lots of stairs. The bathroom is tight with a shower on the small side. The terrace is great, and the apartment is located close to many of the sites in Palermo. A short 15-minute walk to most and the host was great to provide a map of the places to see.

Massimo’s flat was absolutely perfect. It was a great location, awesome space, and had an incredible view. Massimo was extremely helpful, he picked us up from the airport, carried my bag up 3 flights of stairs and even walked us through a map of all his favorite locations and restaurants in Palermo. We had a great time, and hope to return in the future!

The apartment was just as pictured. The location was great and the host was lovely to work with.
