We understand your concerns about the loft bedroom, particularly the low ceiling and tricky stairs. We'll definitely consider adding a clearer description of the loft layout in our listing, highlighting the lower ceiling height and potential challenges for taller guests. Regarding the extra towel fee, we completely understand your perspective. The reason we offer this as an optional add-on is because providing extra towels requires us to make a special trip to the apartment. This includes a one-hour round trip drive, parking fees, and gas costs. We provide each guest with a standard set of towels (1 large and 1 small) for a 3-day stay, with a double set for longer stays. We're always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, so we'll review the towel policy based on your feedback. While we're disappointed you wouldn't stay again, we appreciate you choosing our place and hope your overall experience in Dubrovnik was enjoyable!
