Pyg Pen Cottage - Quiet Rural Cottage

This property is nestled in the lovely quiet village of Rock.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 Kingsize and one with en-suite and a twin room.
Downstairs is a front lounge with a extra lounge/diner/kitchen open plan area at the back which leads on to the enclosed garden and patio area. Ideal for dogs as the garden is secure. It also has a separate utility room and downstairs toilet.

The cottage has private parking to the front. It has Wi-fi access and all the amenities for a relaxing stay in the gorgeous county of Northumberland. It's location is ideal, being close to the beautiful coastline and also only 15 minutes from Alnwick.

Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer, induction hob, double oven, microwave, 2 flat screen televisions and a wood burning stove for cosy winter nights.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Easy parking for two cars outside the house. Lovely clean and comfortable house with a nice garden. Close to wonderful beaches. Washing machine came in handy after 10 days of travelling. Definitely would recommend.

Pyg Pen cottage is in the most idyllic location,peaceful but within 10 mins drive to stunning beaches and coastal walks.It’s clean,modern,very well equipped and super comfortable and homely.There is parking for 2 cars right outside the cottage.The garden is great after full days out exploring and has a fabulous undercover seated area to enjoy regardless of the weather.We had 1 dog with us so felt totally happy he was secure in the fenced garden area.The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious with ample wardrobe and drawer space.The bathroom and ensuite shower rooms are really good with lots of hot water available at all times.Our host was very responsive to any messages/questions we had.The Horseshoes Inn in Rennington is worth a visit.The food we ate there was delicious & very friendly staff & locals.We would absolutely love to stay again at Pyg Pen and without doubt recommend this beautiful cottage to family & friends.
