Arriving at the impressive gated entrance to the estate, you will enter along the private driveway, which leads you up to the residence itself. The villa is 525 square meters and accommodates up to 18 guests - perfect for families, groups of friends, or special events. Smaller groups are equally welcome, with the entire estate reserved for exclusive use regardless of party size. Designed with a refined mix of traditional charm and modern comfort, the villa is finished to the highest standards. For celebrations such as weddings, the pool area can host up to 250 guests against a backdrop of panoramic views stretching from the Ionian Sea to the majestic peak of Mount Ainos.

The upstairs of the villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living room with patio doors that lead to large covered verandas overlooking the pool, dining room and spacious, fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 independent apartments facing the pool (approximately 60 sq meters each) Every apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and patio.

The large pool is 16 x 7 meters and has a children's section. There are 2 toilets and shower by the pool area.

Guests can enjoy alfresco dining in the enclosed poolside gazebo, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and gas barbeque. For a more personalized experience, a private chef can be arranged. The estate offers curated excursions, including private boat tours and island adventures.
