* Two independent accommodation spaces over 3 floors, each with direct access to the pool, comprising the Main Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the Garden Suite with its 1 bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
* Multiple expansive balconies and outside spaces
* Convenient location on the edge of Lakithra, a short walk from the village amenities
* 10 minutes drive to the airport, Argostoli, Lassi and Kefalonia’s sandy beaches
Available for exclusive rental of the Main Villa for 6+ people, and with the addition of the Garden Suite for up to 9+, we often accommodate large, multi-generational groups or several families for comfortable and enjoyable stays.
Set in 1.5 acres of olive groves, Villa Eleftheria is a spacious villa with a pool, accommodating up to 9+ guests in a peaceful setting. Situated on the outskirts of Lakithra in Kefalonia, it offers traditional living combined with modern luxury and stunning views from its secluded hillside location.
The villa spans 243m² over three floors and includes two independent spaces. The Main Villa, which accommodates 6+ adults has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and expansive balconies.
The Garden Suite, an additional space for 3+ adults that is only available for rental in combination with the Main Villa, has a living space, one bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and opens onto the stone courtyard, garden, and pool area.
Outdoor amenities include a large infinity pool with aquatic bench and jacuzzi jets, private parking for several cars, BBQ, boules court, and table tennis. Guests can enjoy various outdoor eating and relaxation areas surrounded by mature olive groves, herb, and citrus gardens. Seasonal fruits and herbs from the garden are available for guests.
Lakithra village, central to the island, is ideal for exploring Kefalonia. It is close to the airport, Argostoli, and beaches. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and deliveries are available.
A car is recommended to explore the island. Property Manager Samantha is available during your stay, and a welcome hamper that includes our own jams and olive oil and linen service are provided.

I’m Tina, owner of Villa Eleftheria. With British/Greek heritage, I’ve lived in the Paris region for over 30 years. Married with 3 grown children, we have cherished summers at Villa Eleftheria since our children were tiny.
My Greek grandfather was from Argostoli the villa was built on land my mother owned, fulfilling her dream. Built in 2004, it was her Spring and Autumn retreat. As she can no longer visit, we now share it with guests.

We fell in love with our land because of its quiet location on the edge of the village of Lakithra and its stunning 180 degree views. Originally it was scrub land but we cleared it and progressively planted the olive grove. Our oldest trees are now over 20 years old.

Our property has views of both the mountain and all the way down as far as the bay of Argostoli. We can catch the sun rising over the mountain and setting over the bay. Its convenient location is just a short walk to the village of Lakithra and to its minimarket, many restaurants, bar, bakery and pastry and ice-cream shops.
The villa is a short drive to Argostoli and to the airport and sandy beaches of the south, making it an ideal location to explore the island. This also makes it particularly attractive early and late in the season when many of the island’s resorts start to shut down, the amenities in the village of Lakithra remain open all year. The big supermarkets (Lidl, AB and Kritikos) are also a convenient 10 minute drive from our villa.
